I purchased a one day pass to view one solution and the answer provided was for a completely different question. I requested a refund because they promise a satisfaction guarantee or you get your money back only to be informed that they do not give refunds despite what they advertise before paying. I have filed a complaint with pay pal and hope to get my money back.
I wish to give them a "Zero" Star! Don't trust this website! I prepaid my money, but I didn't get the correct answer, if I accept their solution, I will get failed zero grade to ruin my college GPA.
