I would give these horrible people 0 stars the way they have treated me for nearly two years is absolutely disgusting. I have proven to this lying dodgy illegal company that i have paid my credit card i have sent them receipts proof of direct debit payments however this woman called Taylor contacted me today saying that she was going to leave my credit card on my cred file for another six years and from the date of default. I have just sent that ridiculous woman most of my receipts i do have more i have just sent all the correspondence over to the Financial ombudsman as she is lying saying that all my disputes with Lowell have been unsuccessful well no offence i put an investigation in with Lowell about my credit card and they haven't even got back to me. I knew these people were dodgy snd i knew something wasn't right but when you are making out my dad was lying as he paid my credit card and i kept all the screenshots shots from my dad to prove to Lowell and Trans union however even when they have receipts and proof you have paid it as i have sent them before they still ignore you and demand that you still owe it and that you have defaulted on it which i know for a fact i haven't. I have now got the Financial ombudsman involved with these dodgy companies as i have had enough now i know the truth i sent Taylor most of the receipts to proof dad paid it before he died. How can these horrible people do this to me? When they started doing this it was in April 2021 my dad had a blood clot to his brain and was blind in his right eye and i lost my dad two months later however these people and Lowell Trans union have always said that i owed my credit card when i don't i have shown the financial ombudsman my receipts and i know who looks the liar now and i bet it has just been to get more money out of me when they had more than enough of my dad absolutely disgusting people. Also my dad offered to settle with Vodafone or pay in full obviously Lowell bought the debt now horrible Trans union have put it ion my cred report which is wrong because when we would have paid this debt it was £500.00 in 2018 so how Vodafone think they are getting over a grand when they wouldn't accept it from my dad not a chance in hell. Lowell and Trans union after receiving that letter from Taylor are dodgy and illegal and if she does carry out her threat i will do her for breach and also for falsifying my credit report when i proved to her by showing her receipts that my dad had paid my credit card. How are these companies allowed to get away with treating people like this well they certainly won't with me hence that is why when i saw my credit card on my credit report i knew they were suspicious and went straight to the financial ombudsman. I also have concerns with Trans Union as i asked them to investigate as to why my credit card was on my report i got a response which said that my credit card with Vanquis was not showing and was not on my credit report well that was a lie what a surprise Trans union lie as it actually is on my credit report. I do not trust this company at all never have never will i do not want this illegal company having my details that is why i am not going on credit Karma they have most of my addresses and dates when i lived there they hsve all the dates wrong and the years are wrong this is how incompetent this company is. They have the wrong date of birth and yet they still haven't changed it when i told them. If i were you i wouldn't entertain this company i wish i had never heard of them and never complained or given details or anything. However tonight they have just proven to me that they are liars and they are dodgy and they will do whatever it takes eve by illegal means to get more money out of you and these people absolutely disgust me.
