Trying to access your own account is pointless... I really wonder why I pay taxes at all...this does not encourage the fragment of loyalty I ever had in my government before.
We expedited our passport 8 weeks ago and it is not even processed. We've spent one week one hold to get two calls through and nothing changed. This is a disgrace.
YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PASSPORT HERE! IT IS A SCAM AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THESE SCAMMERS! MAKE SURE YOU GO TO https://www.usa.gov/passport, AN ACTUAL USA GOVERNMENT WEBSITE TO GET YOUR PASSPORT! THE OTHER SITE TRICKS YOU WITH THE.STATE.GOV. IT IS FRAUD
They lose application, the charge money... they procrastinate... stuff that would not even happen in a 3rd world, country... God help us, have mercy on us, and God bless America
Another follow up to my review dated 3/15/23. We continue to wait, now 14 weeks into our on- line passport renewal. We paid to expedite and when that fell through we submitted the on line request for a refund at least 6 weeks ago. We still can not get anyone to assist us via email or phone. Our on-line status continues to say "in process" as it has since DECEMBER 2022. We got a technician on the phone this morning who wouldn't even look up our application. He told us repeatedly, if the status on our on-line account says "in process," everything must be ok. SERIOUSLY? ITS BEEN SINCE DECEMBER. We have no idea what is going on, we lost money on travel in March and we are being PREVENTED from any travel because absolutely no-one is willing to type in our application and request ID numbers and see what happened with our application. We have not received any emails or notifications that anything is wrong but still can't get answers. However, their website continues to advertise both routine and expedited passport processing times less than what we have already waited.
Update from my review of February 22nd. Today is March 4,2023 and we still continue to wait for my husband's passport this agency received in December 2020. Our on line status continues to say, "processing." We have not been able to reach customer service by phone or email. The website continues to advertise a 3 to 5 week return on expedited renewal applications. If that were the case, we would have received my husband's weeks ago...
We submitted a passport renewal on line in December. We paid the renewal fees and the fees to expedite the process. This agency immediately charged our credit card and as of today (February 22,2023) we still do not have a passport and our travel is in 2 weeks. Currently, this agency continues to advertise a passport turnaround of 35 business days when you pay to expedite. This is FRAUD. Beware of this on line scam. Read the reviews on Pilot, Facebook and Instagram. They are all saying the same thing. Customer service is an absolute nightmare to speak with. They are all unprofessional, disrespectful and clearly have no idea what they are doing. They just keep passing you around and the end result is the same. They just redirect you back to your on line application and to keep checking the status. All our status continues to say is "processing." This is just another example of disgruntled government employees who claim to be overworked and underpaid who are angry they had a pilot program shoved down their throats. They don't want the program to work and obviously it doesn't. Now we are out passport fees, expedition fees and vacation money AND we don't have a passport. Who knows if and when one will be produced. Do not waste your time with this fraudulent and illegitimate on line service. You will only lose money you will never be able to recoup.
Very good and help to change ur life within a minute. It has help a lot of people around the globe and really appreciate it thanks.
Before I jump into this, I must let the customer in on a few facts:
A) I was born in the Canal Zone in the early 70's to a military family.
B) Both Mother and Father are born in the U.S.
C) I was a military veteran of 5 years, honorably discharged.
D) 18 year law enforcement officer.
E) No legal issues at present or the past.
F) All money was paid up front.
G) I had in my possession a valid drivers license, social security card, a birth certificate, and a certified copy of my certificate of live birth.
What I will tell you is this. When you deal with the State Department prepare to dig in for a VERY LONG ordeal. The process is a shining example of just how broken our government agencies really are. You will be forced to endure and witness incompetency as well as a broken website. I will challenge any reader to find me a specific telephone number to a State Department Office. The have only one (1) main number and it takes you to a contractor. If you must send additional documentation as I did after being thoroughly vetted by the US Postal Service (Explain that one to me please,) You then begin to play the waiting game. If you were lucky enough to ring the bell the first time out, good on you! I was not so fortunate. I was told I needed additional documentation. Long story short and $238.78 bucks later, I still am nowhere near closer to receiving my passport. The process began on February the 10th of this year, and continues today. The government loves other peoples money, but does not have the ability to operate this bureaucratic monstrosity. Only advice I can give is, bring a lot of patience. I pray you weren't born abroad or you are in for a very mind numbing maze of paperwork.
