Trendlee

I have bought a few bags from this site and did not have a problem until recently. I bought a very expensive bag, which like the others I priorly purchased, did not include "dustbag" under the list of accessories. I assumed that all Trendlee bags come with one (as part of their authenticity claim), so I purchased it without worry, only to find out that it did not come with one, and that Trendlee does not guarantee that your bag will come with one. When I reached out to Customer Service they suggested that I should have called before buying to find out what exactly comes with the bag, as they don't list this on their website. I find this outrageous when so many competing sites do just that. Beware!

I received a FAKE bag from Trendlee WITH an authentication certificate. I was refunded by Tradesy for the purchase but be very careful purchasing from Trendlee! They sell on multiple sites including Tradesy, the Real Real, EBay etc. They did respond back to me but it was generic, and non specific.

I purchased a Gucci bag from Trendlee. The pictures and descriptions on their website is detailed and trustworthy. You can see even small scuffs and stains when you enlarge the pictures on the website. And those are written on the site, like "Great. Minimal scratches on exterior." So, when I purchased the bags, I knew exactly what condition it is in.

I received it in a very decent way. UPS came on the promised day, and you need to sign to receive the package. The box was neatly constructed. Inside, the bag was wrapped in a clear plastic bag, then in a thick and good quality Trendlee drawstring dust bag. Gucci's original dust bag was neatly folded and stored inside the bag. The whole thing was wrapped in black tissue papers with a white bow on them, and bubble wrapped.
I was so impressed. I felt like I received a gift.

The bag was beautiful just as it was shown on the website. Truly real Gucci. No doubt about that. They even enclosed a copy of "Authenticate First" paper. Inside the bag, tissue papers were stuffed so the bag holds its shape.

The whole thing made my purchase so satisfying experience, and I bought another bag from them. This Gucci bag was described as "Great. No visible signs of wear" and it was true.
I showed it to my daughter and she thought I purchased it NEW from an official Gucci store.

Overall, Trendlee did a good job.
Although you have to pay $20.00 or more for shipping, I think it was worth it. Compared to the dissapointing purchase from TheRealReal (see my review), Trendlee gave me joy of shopping.

They didn't make me feel like shopping a second-handed bag, but made me feel very lucky that I was able to buy these beautiful bags in affordable price.
