I really like TVDVDMANIA because through them I was able to get the IMPOSSIBLE! - 1. It took 15 days to receive my DVD collection (Knots Landing). It did come from China; these two things were OK with me. 2. It was taped from TV, but nicely put on to nice DVD's with the correct logo, only thing was they were hand numbered. This is OK with me. Case was not the best, but I will get a better one to put it in. Quality is about what you would expect to see from regular cable TV, except, someone conveniently got rid of the commercials. I am not hard to please. Look, I loved that TV show, and wanted it bad. Sony simply WILL NOT release this entire collection except for the first 2 seasons, and it is no longer aired anywhere. For me it was a bargain to pay $149 for something that could not be gotten anywhere else in any condition for any price. Cheers' Stephen, Austin, TX
Illegal dvd's - Terrible quality. Taped off of the television. DVD constantly malfunctions, shipped from China in an old VCR case. Picture skips, pauses, and jumps around the screen. Would NEVER again order from this site. Don't even know if I can return it yet... return address is written in Chinese.

These guys are crooks. I placed an order in January and never received it. I cancelled the order many times by email and got credit card charges removed. They tried to send the order and I refused it. Now Randy is saying they will share my credit card information on the internet.
Do not deals with these crooks and it f you have I suggest you cancel your credit card you used with them and get a replacement

Murder She Wrote - 12 seasons + TV Movies - A SCAM? - After my credit card was charged, I received the whole set as advertised. As I already had Seasons 1-7, I decided to start with movies and work backwards. Not ONE of the DVDs worked! On all movies, picture broke up and pixels (not sure if that's what the little squares are called) froze, and movie went blank. Randomly selected, episodes from Seasons 8-12. On all DVDs watched, didn't make it half way through the first episode before picture froze, screen went black then menu appeared. Tried to access 2nd, 3rd episodes on each disk but they wouldn't open, kept kicking back to episode 1 which went to "no wher" ville. Tried to contact through email, no response.
I only hope the DVDs can be recycled!
Crap - Doesnt matter if you don't recieve your DVDs from TVDVDMania. These so called box sets are crap!... Taped right from the tv compete with stations logo in the corner of the screen!... probably done in someones basement. Remineds me of the episode where Jerry and Kramer are pirating movies with a camcorder.
Just like everyone else said I didn't get my DVDs and it is impossible to contact these guys, I should have known to stick with sites with 1800 phone numbers. Low prices were too good to be true.
TVDVDMania takes your money and runs - In Sept-08 I ordered a set of tv discs. After a month they hadn't shipped and I contacted the company-10 days later they said they'd been back ordered.
I have repeatedly asked Randy Meyer at TVDVD mania to refund my money but as of Dec 10 I have not been contacted. I have sent dozens of emails and filled out the online form to no response.
In short, be smarter than I have-make sure the company has a WORKING customer service number and a contact address.
DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE - this site (tvdvdmania.com) are complete crooks, never responsed to my emails, never got my order, tried calling, telephone number i tried was disconnected ( i wasnt suprised) total crook, don't be like me, do your homework on this site before buying, even better don't buy from this site.

We ordered (2) sets of "Judging Amy" for $133.00 December 30,2008. On January 17,2009 we received the first set that was shipped from Qingdao Sheng He Sales Department of Qingdao, China. We were extremely disappointed. There was damage to both plastic boxes that contained CD low quality sleeves with each CD labeled with a number by hand. The video quality was totally unacceptable. In the first episode, there were 3 major pauses, countless scrabbled video segments all before the credits were finished. We didn't bother to open the 2nd set received days later.
Their return policy stated:
"Our returns policy is simple. You can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for any reason whatsoever for a full refund of the value of the product, shipping fee's are not refundable."
They pledged 100% Customer Satisfaction is guaranteed:
"We guarantee all our DVD's to be of the highest quality and your satisfaction is our priority. Rest assured that when doing business with us you will always receive quick, professional and courteous service. Your happiness and satisfaction is our #1 Priority."
They promised refunds:
"If a customer is not 100% satisfied with their order, they may contact us within 15 days of receiving it for a full refund. NOTE: Shipping Charges will NOT be refunded."
DON'T BE FOOLED!
Since there is no phone number, our only option was to send email, which we did on January 17th, 20th, 24th, 30th, and February 6th, 10th, 17th. The only response we had was January 30th asking us to check our DVD player. No instructions for returning or for refund. We've been hosed.
