This store recently put up pre-orders for signed copies of Twice's album between 1 & 2. However they failed to inform consumers that the albums themselves are not signed but rather a bookmark insert that is only signed by a single group member at random rather than all members. Furthermore they failed to inform international customers that these "signed albums" are only available to customers with a US billing address and still processed the payment in bad faith. They have failed the consumer on multiple counts and should not be trusted.
