Got an email to say my account was locked because i had violated twitters rules I appealed it Got another message to say they had made a mistake and my account was unlocked but its not Contacted Elon Musk who said i would have to pay $250 What a crap service Now i have been told i have to pay to restore my account which i will not do as it was X's fault which they have admitted They are crap

I was charged twice for X Premium, got no support from X Corp., and Stripe refused to help. Despite providing evidence, my issue remained unresolved, and I experienced shadow banning. Unacceptable treatment.

I've been on this app for over 7 years, but man, Musk turned X into a total mess. Scams everywhere, creepy stuff all over—it's just not it. I really miss when Twitter felt chill and safe. Wish we could rewind and get that cozy Twitter back.

Honestly, Musk is just wrecking everything. He doesn't seem to care about users, only about stirring up drama and making headlines. Instead of fixing real problems, he's busy pushing weird updates nobody asked for. Feels like the platform's just a playground for his ego now.

Paid subscriber -@X locked me out ten days ago.

I successfully changed my password, closed my browser, erased cookies, and gave X a rest for three days. I'm still locked out. I use Mac - Sequoia 15.1.1 - Brave Browser - no shields - accept cookies. Please help or explain why I'm locked out - no notice of suspension or other glitch - I'm a paid subscriber.

Suddenly I got logged out and account was locked after a tweet

I couldn't access it, then i tried to log in chrome Incognito mode and then showed up

Still can't logging in, i contact them via their contact form and still waitting to recover my business account.

As of today, March 16,2024, I learned that apparently spreading hate and the sending of threats is okay on the platform because an account which was sending threats to several people had been reinstated, meanwhile, I can't even get any response when I inquire about my account which was suspended. I've seen the disturbing things this account was posting, targeting several people with malicious, hateful, and threatening comments, yet their account is no longer suspended. These posts/comments were making some of the people who were targeted feel threatened and afraid, yet, they allowed the the account to be reinstated. I did nothing like that. I tried to be supportive and respectful toward others, yet I was penalized for doing nothing. As I had stated, the date of my suspension, I posted nothing. I truly feel that my rights as a human being have been violated. Also, I also know that there are several accounts that post 15 to 30 of the same thing within a two hour period, yet they're not penalized. There was one in particular that posted 36 of the same thing within a one hour period, but that's not considered "spam" and they're not shadow banned, locked out of their account, or suspended and it's because they're verified. I feel devalued as a human being because what I say doesn't matter and they act like I don't deserve to be seen or heard because I'm "small" and not verified. I feel that my freedom of speech has been trampled on for no reason whatsoever. It also sends a message and shows that freedom of speech on Twitter/x is not free and that you have to pay to be heard, otherwise you're looked down upon and treated unfairly.

Since October 7,2023, there has been a huge spike in antisemitic rhetoric on X (formerly known as Twitter). There's a specific sect of people who post comments Inciting violence and hatred toward the Jewish population. Some videos edited and cropped to portray Israelis in a dishonest manner. These people spew lies and hatred but when real videos and stories are posted, these people file complaints and twitter suspends my account.
When I try to appeal the decision, it's impossible. There's just no way to escalate the complaint, nobody to contact, no way to send my views on the wrongful locking of my account.

So, X allows lies to be spread on their platform but wrongfully cuts you off when you post factual and undisputable information. That sucks.

The platform was ran by charlatans con artists and liars. I thought when Elon musk took over things with change but not much has changed

Posting stuff on the site just doesn't feel as rewarding as it used to. Theres barely anything interesting. The people there are boring and uninteresting. Nothing there really interests me but might interest you. Even if it doesn't this is probably the best review you're gonna get. I don't even use it as often as i used to and don't plan on going back.

I wanted to love Twitter X when Elon took over, but your customer service people are arrogant and not helpful. I lost my password and because my email was from a former employer and I no longer work there couldn't get verified. I have a business and kept asking them to check my website, where I had the link to my FB account. Furthermore, I offered my drivers license. I kept getting automated messages, apparently no one wanted to go the extra mile to help. I had almost 2000 followers. Finally, I told them I would escalate this to management, at which point, they finally heard me and deleted my account. Your CS people are arrogant and nasty and should be replaced with people who will read the emails and respond. By the way, they never told me why my account was suspended, because I tried to put another one up and it was suspended. I was treated like a criminal and it was really a terrible experience.

I am for one a huge advocate for free speech, globally. I love this platform and all those who dwell within it.

Twitter is not a save portal if someone want to hack twitter they will hack easily because twitter didn't send notifications and any think i already face it. Twitter like a $#*! because someone already hack my id and twitter didn't help me for recover the id please don't used the twitter and don't don't trust the twitter. Everyone making a money

I have noticed politicians spewing all kinds of hate everyday. I made a general statement based on facts and I get suspended. I feel that Twitter/ X is part of the problem with dividing the country. I give it 1 out of 10 stars.
