Unfortunately there is a zero star to rate this company. I was charged $110.00 for a "membership" that was never requested as I very rarely use this stupid service (it was used once since last year). After countless hours of messaging, as they do not dignify a mortal customer with a phone call in order to be as anonymous and detached as possible to keep on offering no customer service, I was informed that nice Uber would reimburse a whole amount of $30.00. What a scam! NEVER again will I deal with this "mafia" like so called company. Horrible!
Took 2 trips on March 26,2022. Same distance. There was a $20 difference in the trips because the driver taking us home got lost trying to find where we were. We were literally at a corner of 2 major streets. He called twice and I told him exactly where I was. And I was charged twice for one of them. Been trying to get Uber to fix the problem but apparently they ignore the emails and there is no number you can call. This is definitely the worst customer service. I will never use Uber again.
I'm an avid Uber customer as I do not drive. I rely on them to get to and from work everyday. I recently moved to an area of town that's all new construction. My address wasn't even on google maps. It's been 6 months. My address is on google maps now. Regardless of that- since I moved Uber REFUSES to allow me to get PICKED UP from my home. It will ONLY allow me to be dropped off at my home. I've called and complained on MULTIPLE occasions and NOTHING has changed. WTF Uber. Do you want to make money? Because I'm over here offering and you're just slamming the door in my face.
They will shut down your account without a valid reason or proof. Accounts get hacked constantly. No human to speak to- absolutely zero sense of customer service.
I had downloaded the Uber App onto my new cell phone while traveling. I needed a ride from Florida to the nearest airport. When I went to order a car, I was told that they needed to verify my credit card by logging into my credit card account and verify the "2 amounts" that they had put on my statement. I was already running late and didn't have time for that bullcrap. I downloaded Lyft, and they were there within 5 minutes. No problems. Bye, Uber. I deleted you.

Once I hit the button to select my ride, I was told it was over 30 minutes away, so I canceled and was charged $25. This is trash! We ended up using Lyft for the 1st time and got our ride in 3 minutes. I have used uber for years, but after this ridiculous fee, I will take my money elsewhere!
The worst, absolutely awful "customer service" you will ever receive in your life. You will be lied to, and transferred a good million times. Buckle up. Almost every single one of them needs to be fired and replaced.
This company over charged customers putting drivers in jeopardy of being attacked they underpay employees making it extremely difficult to do the job also they will cut you off the platform for no reason and they will not let you rejoin save your self the headache and do not rely on this company that screws hard working Americans out of work and services

For Uber food,there's too much charges when I order food ( taxes, fees and other fees? 👎) and the wait is too long too, many times Uber just cancel the order, drivers takes other ways and do their stuff before delivering 👎. For Uber rides drivers cancel the ride many times after a very long wait. Once I buy a car I will never use Uber again 👎👎👎
Long waiting time to get trips nowadays, because they keeping adding more new drivers, even add more fees to riders, and cut more from drivers, so the drivers get less pay and opportunities. See my earnings, low as 6 bucks per hr, the minimum wage is 16.55( Ontario Canada)
After a 8min trip, with my daughter in an Uber, the fare increased from $8.25 to $28.25!
The increase was caused by the driver claimed to Uber that there was a food mess in his car, and $20 cleaning fee. The driver never mentioned anything to me at the time
We never had any food! Uber has refused to refund the $20 fee, despite numerous requests. Bastards!

I was never given a credit for $5 bucks after spending 20.99. No one seems to have any resolution. I will dispute this with my bank. This company is wrong on so many levels. The food is not safe to eat.

I ordered under the wrong address and immediately noticed. Called the restaurant first to let them know not to make the food and they were fine. Then I chat with customer service at Uber and they said I would still get charged even though I have spoken to the restaurant beforehand and it was all done immediately after noticing the error. They have lost a customer. In the past they made a huge 2 big mistake with large breakfast orders, one corporate and another family get-together. Never again.
Hello, my order got delayed by 1 hour and I tried to reach customer service, only for a robot to link me with an agent who would not answer at all. For clarification, I wasn't being rude to them, as my first message read "Hello" and I waited for 10 minutes before i sent another text describing my problem. I still hadn't got any reply. I can confidently say that this is the worst customer service I've been through. If you won't reply, why do this job?

We have taken many rides and always had great experiences from our drivers, however we were under the impression. That like servers the drive4s were paid most of the fare and the tip. Clearly the drivers are getting screwed. Why should uber get 70% plus when they do jack $#*!

In July of last year I placed an order and within a minute and a half to two minutes I canceled the order and was still charged for the order because they said that the order had already started being made when I know there's no way that they could have even started the order. I'm still trying to fight the situation and being told that it does not qualify for a refund. I was a reliable customer until then and have since not giving them one request for an order. Any response on this by others would be greatly helpful as I will take them into advisement but I am pretty pissed off over the whole situation and I have gladly taken my business elsewhere even though after a second time of trying to approach the situation, there's been no improvement in the results! This was my 1st experience with Uber. I scheduled a ride to a hospital for surgery in advance. Today, 10-15 minutes before the time I hadn't heard from them and called. They said they canceled my ride without notifying me because they couldn't find a driver. I could request a new ride, and they got me one instantly (so why did they cancel my ride?). I was waiting for an urgent ride that wasn't going to show up. I will never use Uber.

Uber somehow decided that I didn't pay €41 for the trip I took a year ago, but I did pay for it after I sent help request five times, finally one of the agents said yes it's paid, but they never removed the outstanding balance. Yesterday I sent another request, explaining the situation, they didn't even really read my email Then said you have to pay that €41 house and there's no phone that I can call everything is online, horrible horrible
This company is hot steaming garbage. They use checkr if you get a traffic ticket or in an accident not even driving for Uber just on your own personal time they will suspend your account and deactivity for good you are guilty until proven innocent. Boycott this company.
First of all I want to start by saying I was on the phone for 1:36:08 and transferred 12 times!
I signed up for a $13 an hour plus tips flat rate opportunity. I did my 11:00an to 2:00pm slot and was not paid for it. I live 45 min away from the area that was offered in n the time slot as well. I completed all orders I was given during the four hours and was told that I did not qualify; how does that happen? Why did I sign up and drive 45 min away just to be told I did not qualify. I have been cheated by the company as well wasted my time. What they choose to pay me for those four hours was not enough to even cover the expenses to drive 45min out and then get back home. I would've never waisted my time in signing up. I was thanked 30 min after I completed my four hour slot. Yeah thanks for having me work the four hours and not pay me for what I signed up for. I did the job and was not properly compensated for my time and effort.
Do NOT use Uber! They do not supervise their drivers as I have found out! Booked a ride in advance. Half an hour before pickup "Michael " texts to say that he's early- there at 10 instead of 10:30. Great, I say, I'm done early. Give him my description and head outside. No word. Text him again after 10, then 20 then 30 minutes. No reply. At 10:35 I'm notified that he has cancelled the trip, and a $25 charge shows up on my credit card account implying that I was the one that cancelled the trip. What's even stranger is that because I have a photo of the guy, I could swear I saw him driving around the doctor's office building where I was. Truly strange and creepy looking guy. Sorry I can't leave a "zero" review. Why is that? Here's a photo of the creep. Lives near Springfield, Massachusetts.

Drivers' pay is garbage. Receive a request that takes 20 minutes to go pick them up and when you drop them off you realize you only made $2.50. I would say 7% of riders tip drivers. I was online for eight hours and made $60 minus the $30 I had to put in my gas tank so I could continue to give rides.
