Unfortunately there is a zero star to rate this company. I was charged $110.00 for a "membership" that was never requested as I very rarely use this stupid service (it was used once since last year). After countless hours of messaging, as they do not dignify a mortal customer with a phone call in order to be as anonymous and detached as possible to keep on offering no customer service, I was informed that nice Uber would reimburse a whole amount of $30.00. What a scam! NEVER again will I deal with this "mafia" like so called company. Horrible!
Uber provides the worst service. I've ordered this services in the United States and Colombia and several times the drivers don't show up, however I've had to pay a fee just because they cancelled. 5 dollars in the United States and $6.500 Colombian pesos. I don't think is fair that as a costumer a have to pay a fee, if the driver is the one who cancelled the trip. Besides they make me waste my time because I have to take another kind of transportation. Either bus, Lyft in NYC or Didi in Bogotá. By the way, Lyft and Didi are much better than Uber. I'm done with Uber.

When drivers using Uber app are falsely accused as a result of bad passengers. Uber organizations don't investigate the issue very well and always on the passenger's side but remember it's drivers that help get these customers with bad attitudes
Charges you one price when you accept the original price given they then add extra charges to your card taking more money for the same ride after they drop you off a 16.00 ride will easily turn to a 27.00 ride without permission the worst company Rob you left and right.
Uber charges you one price takes it off your card then after you are dropped off at your location they then take more money out of your account then they originally charged you it is a rip off don't take unless desperate for a ride and you are willing to have extra money charged to card for no reason.
I have driven for the company almost 3 years almost 7000 rides and I am 5 star rated. I've never seen a more deceptively evil and cut throat company as Uber! They've been caught stealing our tips! Over time the reimbursement to drivers and overall treatment constantly decreases and bonuses which were once available are no longer.

This company is making a lot of money off people when the refuse to refund you for an order that their driver never delivered it still shows hours later my order still not delivered
Cancelled an order that said it would deliver in 15 minutes and was 45 minutes+ with the driver making no progress. They charged me for the order. I spoke to 3 incompetent customer service agents who copied and pasted responses to me. I've spent hundreds on this app over the years. They won't get another cent out of me. 0 out of 100. They're not only thieves, but they're stupid thieves.
2 of about 5 rides with Uber left me furious. At times poor (no?) English, stubbornly refused to accept that we were travelling in the wrong direction. Another refused to slow down and meet at the agreed address, so that my 93 yr old mother, who has problems even with a walker, could get into the car, even after seeing/TALKING to me ("noh"). Traveled further down the road and stubbornly refused to move back. Then left without us and has the insolence to charge a cancellation fee. We had to call a professional cab company. Still really pissed off.

They have this stupid requirement for the age of a vehicle when 90% of these new cars have a poor customer rating when it comes to structural integrity on the road...most older vehicles outdo the newer ones by a landslide...if the vehicle is mechanically sound, been kept well...what different does it make. This is a type of discrimination because if someone is looking to make $$ doing ride-sharing(As opposed to doing something illegal) then they are creating a stumbling block for them...if someone has a vehicle that is well-kept and operational then it should not be restricted from being used

Hello I was working for Uber eats and ride. Suddenly my account was blocked by them was telling me I have multiple accounts are they insane you telling me I can open several accounts with same phone number? Ridiculous only if I knew this I will never drive. They send me to report identify theft that's means their information is open to public?.
My ride was standard good per Uber rules etc, however the driver Muhammad! This guy reports he found my phone i dropped in the back seat, then says to corporate its not mine as I fully characterize my busted screen, color, make, and model. Not to mention this is my company phone so I really need that. This guy wont call back or return it, worst of all this guy only lives two streets over, following my phone on GPS all day n night for 3 nights! I use to live and swear up and down by Uber but it only takes "One Bad Apple" to spoil the bunch. Whats up Lyft?! Looking might y fine right now!
Driver got lost. Ended up going down a farm track totally unsuitable for his vehicle.
It was obvious from the route map after something had gone wrong. Obvious from the time taken for the journey. Obvious from the 33%higher charge than the estimate. Despite all this uber refuse to give any refund. Never mind compensate me for their driver taking me on an unsafe side trip. I have requested someone at a higher level to contact twice now but just get ignored.
I had a driver who blasted music loud. Had lyrics with "$#*! " and ""$#*!" In it. His driving was erratic. Scariest experience ever and offensive. On top of that, they must know their service sucks. You cannot find any support number to speak to a person in customer service. Good luck Uber. You're on your way towards going out of business. Sad that you would scam people this way. And take advantage of the elderly passenger to make a profit. You disgust me.
I had an issue with two Uber rides recently, and contacted customer service within minutes for assistance. They replied that they simply can't help me, and then never responded again. There is no contact number as well; such an unacceptable way to treat loyal and patient customers. Very disappointed in this experience after years of using Uber with no prior requests for help.
Stupid $#*!ing website doesn't even work. Regardless of which I'm using, website or app, I cannot schedule a ride. Everytime I put in the destination and pickup location, I get redirected to a white screen. Fix this $#*! so that I can actually use it.

I live in Alexandria. Oftentimes I Uber to Dc. I can never ever get a ride home and when I do it is at a crazy price. Oftentimes I feel stranded. Nothing worse than being in DC wondering if you can get home. Looking for a better service. It's not like I don't tip well and I'm very polite. My reviews are good so I do not know why.
Uber charges holds and then refuses to remove the hold.
I was charged $32 over and above my short ride, which the app said would cost me $9.70.
So if I was charged an extra $32 and they do this to let's say 100 people, then they have made $3200.00 fraudulently. Now imagine them doing this to 1000 customers. There you go, they just made a fraudulent $32,000 off of customers who trusted Uber.
These people need to be audited and sued until they give all the money back which they have stolen from customers.
Don't use Uber.
Fortunately I do not use Uber more than Once ever few years. The fees are ridiculous. I am all for the fuel surcharge with the cost of fuel. However booking fees of $7. Reservation fees $6.
Waiting time charges 13 cents, airport surcharges $3, green future and green surge charge $1. How do you request a ride with out booking(lol)? Drivers don't assist or even get out of the car. I feel bad for drivers. The only people making money is Uber

Uber has become a greedy service that is unfair to drivers and shaking down riders.
On a trip this weekend to Portland, I noticed unusually high fairs. As I went through my email reviewing 12 ride receipts, I discovered that Uber is charging $15 to schedule a ride plus a booking fee. On the $64.83 ride attached, the total in fees was $21.53.
My further aggravation with Uber is that the scheduling is unreliable. As a rider, we have 5 minutes before Uber starts charging waiting time.
Worse is what happened when we ordered a car to take us to the airport at the beginning of our trip. We never received a text that driver arrived. The text said take your time and charges will start being incurred at 5:45 a.m. Then another text at 5:45 a.m. came stating the driver cancelled and I was tagged with $40 cancellation fee,
Buyer beware! If you schedule, take into account it adds at least $21 to the fair. Also, make sure to tip the drivers, because Ubers compensation is unfair.
My order never arrived to my house I never got my food that I ordered bad service it said it got delivered but the driver delivered it to the wrong address/ house it didn't get delivered to the address I provided and the contact support said that they couldn't do anything about it no refund or anything that my order was not eligible for any compensation or refund what a bad service 😡😤😤😡😡
After more than 3 years of loyal use I actually left my house/truck keys in a drivers car. I realize seconds after getting out and they drove away as I ran after them. Customer service was god awful and until i told the lost and found service that I'd pay the driver a hundred dollars to return the keys I got 0 response. Once I mentioned a 100$ the driver called me back minutes later. Do not use Uber. Use Lyft. Uber takes advantage and is an awful service.

I am very very disappointed with your customer support service, there is no way to contact you where customer can talk to you easily please make your customer support properly, my concern is that i have usually booked a ride for same place mostly Sunday as you can see my previous booking records, but today first time its been done with me that driver has asked me Rs. 271/- rather than Rs. 171/- why driver asked me that much amount and he misbehaved with me when I show my app which is showing 171/- I want call back right now and I am attaching all the relevant screenshots. Please check and arrange call back asap.
Using the App can be confusing to begin with. Drivers will arrive after you have already gotten your confirmed ride then cancel it and charge you double the amount you original ride cost despite your not confirming the order. Uber has extremely poor customer service. When you get the ride you're supposed to have it is economical and good, but buyer beware of Con, Scams, and rip offs by unscrupulous drivers.
I had an early 6:00 a.m. flight leaving Daytona Beach so booked an Uber the day before for 4:00 a.m., received notification that driver Lorenzo would arrive about 4:10, but then got a message at 4:15 that no drivers were available. I had to scramble to get a last minute taxi to make my flight. Uber is not reliable for trips to airport.
