My 13 year old lab mix was suffering from joint pain, itching and low energy. Her breath was also very smelly. She was eating grass on every walk. She has been on NutraThrive for 30 days. She is no longer limping and her breath has vastly improved. She is taking longer walks and the itching has improved. I am pleased with the product and glad my old girl is feeling better. I recommend the product especially for older dogs that are showing their age.
I have 2 dogs and the one that I really wanted to have it won't eat it. She's very picky...
I was really excited when my dog liked the taste of the supplement. My intention of buying it in the first place was to help my dog with her itchy skin and feet licking. Unfortunately, it did nothing for her in that area. I wouldnt mind buying more for an overall health supplement but it is pretty pricey for the small jar. I am undecided at this time about purchasing again.
I have only been supplementing my CBR's diet for a month with Ultimate Pet Nutrition, so I believe after approximately 3 months I should be able to answer this question far more accurately.
I've been giving this to our pups for about 5 weeks now, and I have noticed a difference in the amount of energy my English Bulldog has. He's been able to go on longer walks and is more up-beat! The main reason I got it was to help his digestive issues and I believe it's helped a little. His gas isn't as bad as it was and his poops are slightly more solid, but not completely better. Overall I think this is a good product and I plan to continue using it. Just wish it wasn't so expensive.
It's only been a month, so it's still too soon to tell exactly how my dog is doinf with it; however, I can say that his appetite is better and he seems a little less lethargic. I will update after month 3.
I have been using Nutra Thrive for over a month now. I haven't noticed a difference in her energy levels or in her coat (Scarlett's 5 yrs old). I also give her fish oil and alfalfa, along with a good brand of dry dog food and wet can food. I feel that her nutrition is rounded out by giving her the Nutra Thrive. Like that it has a probiotic in it. Wondering why it doesn't contain a prebiotic too? I agree that it is a tad pricey.
I started my dogs on this as a general nutritional supplement, as changing kibble had never made a marked difference.
My 10 year-old Schnorkie has severe skin issues/allergies and I was hoping he'd get some relief after suffering on and off for years. His skin did seem better, but then seemed to flare again. I will continue giving it to him, for now, in hopes of future improvement.
Once I receive the Nutra Thrive product I started that night adding it to Roxy's feed. Roxy is a 75 lb Doberman Rottweiler mix! She gobbled it up like she hadn't eaten in days, or it smelled good enough she couldn't eat it fast enough! LOL. But after a week to 10 days, I noticed her belly was bloated and hard! I reduced the amount to 1 scoop daily (1/2 morning, 1/2 evening meal). All bloating and firmness quickly went away. She still loves her food with the small amount included in each meal... but she scarfs itdown when I add an ounce of warm water to it! My oh my but my furbaby is happy! Even with the unfortunate event from 5/16/2020 where she shattered her left knee and now requires surgery, she loves her meals!
It seems like this product is a $100 vitamin that doesn't do anything. I've been giving it to my dog for a few weeks now and haven't noticed a bit of difference in poop, coat or behavior. Same old same old Panda.
It's only been about 6 weeks or so but we have seen some improvement in energy, less shedding and stool consistency. Our German Shepherd has shown improvement in her hips. Both dogs have had no issues with the powder mixed into their food.
I don't scratch or chew at my skin as much. My temper is better... food tastes better, my poop dont stink so much. Woof woof
Have been feeding my 2 lab mixes the supplement for a few weeks now. One of them has had allergies and was given medication to stop/reduce the scratching biting licking. The supplement has almost stopped the bad symptoms. I rarely give her meds now.
Things are fine, but there is still some loose stool. I was hoping it would firm up by now. Even though his back legs are going (he's 13 1/2) he's been trying to jump up on things. I think he feels peppier.
Tumbleweed is 11 years old roughly 14 lbs. He was slowing down and hardly playing. It's been almost a month being on Nutra Thrive. I'm seeing a significant increase in his playing. He's even playing fetch again! I can't wait for even more improvement with some other issues. Thank you Nutra Thrive
Use one bottle. His breath seems better but still smell. His poo still stinks. His coat seems shinier.
So far Nutra Thrive seems t be good product. It has definitely improved our dogs stools. Much more firm and easy to pick up. Max, our Boston Terrier still is not so happy with the taste. I have to mix a little shredded cheese with his dog food when I give him the Nutra Thrive. I am gradually increasing the amount. I am hoping he will soon be more comfortable with the taste of the product. I have learned just to be patient.
My dog runs smoothly now... little difficult to give the powder though. Wish it came in a chew form for easy way of giving to my dog.
I have 3 cats Jovi 5 years, Bon 3 years and Toffee 1 year. Jovi and Toffee are always the energetic one and I cant tell much of the difference except their coats are shiner and they shed less hairs but Bon has changed alot. She is been more active, engaged and she let me pet here. It's like she is a different cat. I am loving it and wishing to get more things to help my furry babies grow healthy and strong.
I bought the ultimate pet nutrition powder to help my Weimaraner who has lung cancer that's spread to his lymph nodes. I'm hoping this will help keep him around for as long as possible without putting him through the torment of chemo.
Answer: Yes, mix it in wet food... you can also sprinkle it onto dry food if you don't feed out wet food.
Answer: I changed my older dog's diet to home cooked chicken and vegetables, and balanced the diet with Nutra Thrive. Within two weeks my dog was much improved, and within three weeks she was no longer limping, but running and jumping.
Answer: I have heard of Dr. Richter and was very impressed with his work. My dogs aren't sick but I thought it would be good to start them on something that would keep them healthy. I also like the fact that, what you buy is backed by 100% money back guarantee!
