The US Flag Store is a hallmark for flag accessories and such. The particular bracket I purchased has failed in moderate winds before and I expect it to fail again...that's why I purchased two of them. The price is about right for the quality of bracket being about half the price of others.
Googled flag pole brackets. Had cheapest selections.
Was the cheapest selection from US Flag Store. The next higher bracket at this store was over twice the price; however, the item description read it was made of the same "cast aluminum" materia and almost identical in appearance. Seems the higher price would only cost more and not perform better.

Notified the day after ordering that the Roosevelt Burial Flag Display Case & Pedestal was not in stock, but did not see the notice until several days later. Before I could contact United States Flag Store about options I was then notified (a week after placing the order) that my case & pedestal had shipped and was provided tracking information. My credit card was not charged until the case & pedestal actually shipped and it arrived in reasonable time. There was a small chip in the case glass, but it was on the bottom edge near a corner and not real visible so I'm keeping it as-is. The case was a bit tight for the burial flag, but was able to fit it in. Despite the delay in shipment and the minor flaw in the case glass I am happy with the product, price and the overall quality.

I was able to find the flag I needed to replace my current flag and the flag store made it easy to locate my replacement flag. The price was in line with what we were looking to pay and ordering on line through their web site made it that much easier.

Ordered two of these on the Cyber Monday special. Looking forward to testing the durability of these flags. The shipping was free on Cyber Monday, but the shipping service was long. Not necessarily the fault of United States Flag Store.

Ordering online was easy and flags were shipped quickly. However, the box the flags were shipped in looked like the pony express rider had dragged the box behind his horse across the country. Fortunately, all the merchandise was intact.

I placed a large order on 5/4/18. It is today the 29th and I have not received anything. I have submitted three call requests, sent messages on Facebook, and am considering having my credit card company contest the order. Stay away!

You sent me the wrong item, I had to run to the post office to ship back out. You did not ship out the right flag until after you received the old flag, so I waited longer for the correct item. And your shipping is slow.

I made the order as timely as I received the promotional e-mail. Supposedly, the processing was delayed for a single item mistake ( by me), to be cancelled. The promotion was for Veteran's Day. Order not received timely. Customer offered no help.

I was looking for Polish flags and needed them before the weekend to celebrate Polish Flag & Constitution Days. You had the items I wanted and your shipping costs were reasonable. The order arrived one day earlier than promised and I thought the quality of the flags was good for the price.

The first delivery went missing. It was shipped and delivered the next day but I was never informed it was shipped or delivered so I hadn't been looking for it, I didn't realize it had been delivered until I checked on my order 5 days later. I requested that I be informed when the order was shipped again. Some of the order was back ordered. Luckily one day I was coming in and saw the package, because I wasn't informed it was shipped or delivered until the next day.

Great site. I wanted a 2x3 American Flag made in the USA. I found exactly what I wanted. I was told delivery would be on June 15. To my surprise it arrived on June 13 in time for flag day. This made me so happy. Great doing business with this company!

The pole arrived, but neither the flag nor the clips nor the ring were in the box
Along with the pole. That meant that I had to pull all those things off my old,
Dirty, warped pole to make the new one do its thing. And I did! Also--I tossed
The old flag in the washing machine before I put it back on the new pole.
So--between your new pole and my ingenuity, my old flag is flying proudly

I liked the site and the tutorial on the flags to make sure I got the best for my application. I did, however, choose the expedited shipping so I could get the flags on July 2 in time for the 4th. Sadly I did not get them until the 5th.

The flag poles were very nice the installation was a little disappointing on how both flags polls came with different tubes to put the flags poles in one was a 3 inch and one was a 4 inch one was only 2 foot long and the other one was 3 foot long did not feel that that was adequate to hold these flags ended up going to the hardware store and getting the proper pipe to put in the ground

Ordered two flag pole kits, with with American Flag and another with the Texas Flag. Both kits arrived quickly and the quality was top notch. Would definitely recommend to others to shop here for Flag needs.
Had to call customer service because the Eagle topper was not with the rest of the order. They were quick to lookup up the order and inform me that the item should arrive the next day and sent the tracking information to me.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
