I purchased this flag in memory of my father who was a veteran. He died two years ago. I wanted this flag because of the way the stars
Were stitched. The red and white strips were also stitched. The heavy material used will last a lifetime i am sure. Thank you. I am very pleased.

As a senior with no tech skills I had trouble ordering and wasn't sure if my order was received.
The following day I got an email recipe for $73. I called the# on the receipt and was told the additional AMT was shipping. She said I had requested expedited. So for a $13 item I was charged $73. Who would do that. I was sure I had checked the cheapest (I don't need the hanger til Christmas). The hanger was en route, there was nothing she could do, end of story. Hard lesson learned
I was thrilled I got a live person, not thrilled with the outcome.

Received my flags somewhat timely, but within 3 days of mild wind, the Christian flag began unraveling. Disappointing since it was the most expensive of the flags. But the US flag is doing well in the North Texas winds.

I was unhappy with the craftsmanship and design of the display case. Some of the wood finish on the frame was not smooth and ruff. The Deaign flaw is the certificate & flag falls forward when you hang the display case. For over $100.00, I would have thought the wood would be smooth, the flag and certificate would remain in place.
Searched on line. Your description made me purchase it along with the picture of the item.

The clips flew off, the plastic bends, I would spend a little more for something that would hold up better, so disappointed, thought I was going to be so happy, my Vietnam veteran brother passed away this memorial day and I wanted to put them on all our cars.

The ordering process went well, shipping and delivery received in the time-frame given, and the flag was received in good condition. The material is of good quality, but I was disappointed to see that the stitching sewed a fold down unevenly, on one of the corners, which I wouldn't expect that to pass inspection. I had the flag shipped to another address as a gift, so I didn't see it until afterward, but the recipient didn't point it out to me and I just decided not to make an issue of it.

I was looking for a gift for our son-in-law, to congratulate him on completing the requirements for citizenship. I followed the recommendation of a sewn polyester flag for its quality and durability, in a size that could be mounted on their house, or flown on a flag pole.

Sadly I sent you and e-mail of the problems with the flag. The sewing of the strips were a quarter of an inch out of alinement looks very poor quality plus the stars threads were loose.
I will dispose of the flag in the proper manner. It will not be returned. I have taken photos for the record.

I assume the wooden finials were supposed to be glued to the 5' fiberglass poles. I had to wait on hold for over 20 minutes to find out if they were one piece because it doesn't say. There was glue inside the finials, but neither of them were attached.
The 1.25" metal rings were a risky buy because I wasn't sure if they meant that they were for 1.25" poles (which I didn't see on the site) or whether they were just oversized for 1" poles to allow for them to spin in the wind. They measure almost 1.5". I wondered why they didn't offer ones that are for 1" poles, which is what I'm sure most people buy for front porch mounted flags. Given that they have a lot of flag products I would've thought that they would carry more itemssince I had to complete my flag/pole needs on Amazon with some pretty common items, like a pair of aluminum ring stop/holders that will not break eventually like the white plastic ones.

I would have given 5 stars but I did not have a confirmation email with a timeline. I ordered the items on November 7 and they are needed on November 26.
Fortunately the items arrived on November 22.
Everything was perfect, I just needed a little more information throughout the process.

This is the first store I go to if I want a small flag to display indoors. I'm not fussy about very small details, like where the flag was produced. If I was buying a massive outdoor flag that would be subjected to wind and other elements I'd want a strong USA made one. Thankfully, the US Flag Store has those flags as well!
The only thing I wish I could find on here is the Original 1901 Maine Flag, with the Pine Tree and the North Star. But I understand that would introduce the process of finding a supplier as very few make that flag.
The US Flag Store has a fantastic selection of both US Flags, Historical Flags, and National Flags at good prices.
Chose an Irish stick flag as I'm Irish American and wanted to display it at home.

I was totally disappointed with the Stars on the small arm patches. The stars all run together with a 45 degree connection at the points with no distinct 5 pointed stars. I realise there are limits in the size in order to obtain authinticity. No problem though. I just won't perchase those again. Good products at a great price.

We ordered this case for the US Flag that was draped over my almost 102 year old Father when he passed. He served in Europe during WWII and was instrumental in preparing our troops for the Normandy Invasion to liberate Europe. It is displayed on our fireplace mantle with his photo.

Recieved order a week later. I think the flag is nice looking and bigger than what I thought. The material seems a bit thin but the colors are good. The wooden stick is sturdy and looks nice in the yard.
Not sure, it come up on my screen for flag stores. It seemed cheap enough but I think the shipping was a bit high

Great choice and value for the US flags but wish there were less expensive option for British 2 foot x 3 foot flag - would have loved to have purchased one because 3 foot x 5 foot is just too big for our porch.

When I placed my ordered I needed the flags to arrive prior to the 4th and you were able to do that. My only issue is we had a slight rain, the red part of the pleated flags bled on all 5 of my 3'x6' flags. When you spend $160.00 on 5 flags I feel this is something that should not happen. I will be reaching out to US Flags shortly.

I'm very happy with the flag pole although I am not happy with the shipping charges. I paid $150 to have the flag pole shipped express for it to be shipped UPS regular now maybe I was in an area where I was going to get it overnight but then you shouldn't charge Xpress charges. I ran the shipping department for 30 years and this is unacceptable. I did call and talk to the girl and she told me there was nothing she could do but this is inexcusable.

I've been buying flags from you for years and have been pleased with the products. I was disappointed that I was given a code for 10% off next purchase using a code. The code didnt work and I was not given the discount. Other than that, I have been pleased with my purchases.

The box was received in bad condition. One end of the box was torn around the circumferance and the other end had a hole in it. Parts could have easily fallen out of the box. The driver did not ring thee doorbell so I didn't have the opportunity to confront him about the damage.
