The rubber that holds the glass in had come out of the slots. Luckily the glass wasn't broken. The rubber has either shrunk or was cut too short for the sides. Hopefully the flag will keep the glass in place.

Product delivered in a timely manner, appears to be as advertised & customer callback was quick. Follow-up on on-line ticket could be better. I put in a ticket to find out why I was missing 3 flags from order of 43.2nd order came quickly, but follow-up took over a week. Product appears to be sturdy for years of use.
Callback & resolution was fast & easy. Ticket follow-up was a little slow. Issue was resolved a week before on-line follow-up. This may be by design, since we determined the problem was a split shipment, due to size of order.
We needed a long-lasting outdoor flag for our program. This company offered a well-made flag at a competitive price.

I phoned to get help. I guess I didn't mention that my flag goes on the pole via 2 grommets on the flag. When I phoned again to ask how to attach the flag, I was told this pole is for flags that slide onto the pole. So I had to buy another accessory for the flag to be mounted, specifically "AEZI1 EZ Mount Plastic Clips" - plus shipping. I am waiting on delivery of those to see if it all works. It would have been better to have included how the flag attaches in the initial conversation then the shipping for the Clips would not have been extra cost for me..

Our cemetary has a beautiful Parade of Flags around the cemetary on Memorial Day. I wanted to include my dad who was in the Cavalry Army years ago and my foster daughter's dad who was in the Navy. I took them to the cemetary who will present them next Memorial Day. I ordered as they suggested.

The Iwo Jima pin is better than its online photo and arrived in good time! Thank you! The pins will be presented to the Rockland County (NY) Marine Corps League Auxiliary Unit volunteers who work the reception table at the annual Iwo Jima Memorial luncheon. I know the workers will treasure these and each person will be proud to wear theirs on the red ribbon!

A Marine tenant in our park has recently given our lake-side rv park flag pole a beautiful touch-up paint job. It is very important to him, as well as other veterans and non-vets in the park that we have a nice, fresh flag flying for the upcoming summer season. The flag for Ukraine arrived and we put it up immediately in honor of our daughter-in-law and it is so beautiful. It hangs under our US flag which is also beautiful.

The flag was too big for my 25 foot pole with 2 flags of the same size. We also fly a Norweigian flag on the same pole. I returned your flag wanting to exchange for a 2x3 foot flag. I've not yet heard back on your receiving the return.

To make sure I was ordering the correct thing I called customer service to talk with someone. I did not want an indoor flag base that you had to add sand to in order for it to be weighted as we have two of them and we weren't pleased with them. I wanted the solid metal weighted one that you don't add sand to. Well they just had one of the solid ones so I had to choose another base. I was told that it was weighted and that you didn't have to add sand to it. Well the first thing that came in a week later was a base and an 8 lb bag of sand. I called and was emailed a return shipping label and ordered another one just like the weighted one that came. I wasn't told that they didn't have any in stock so hopefully will get this one in a week.
I already have described it.
When I called back for a shipping label to return the incorrect base and order another one they had to call me back 10 minutes later because they failed to realize there was a $10 difference in the price and she hadn’t collected the money.
I have not gotten the same number of emails with this order as I did with the original order so hope everything is ok.

Used to purchase the US and MD State Flags at Flags for America LLC but they no longer carry the State flags! They recommended that I call this company as they would have them! I did, and the price was fair and comparable! I ordered 2 and had them in a few days, no issues!
