I received my new US Flag in blu a few days after it was ordered. It was hung from my Flagpole, and was proudly displayed prior to and during Veterans Day. This is my third time I have ordered from US Flag. And I was again pleased with their coustmer service, and fast accurate delivery of a high quality Flag. And they even sent a Flag bunting as a bonus.

Ordered product on line. Cashed check right away. Called 4 days later and they said their vendor was 2 days behind. Called 2 days later they said it was being produced but will ship the 13th. Called the 15th for tracking still not shipped. Advised I wanted an answer and expected next day shipping. Informed that is out of her control because it is a vendor. So question here is why and I buying from you and not your vendor. Asked about refund and they said it will be 24 to 48 hours. They did call back and advised that they had not even started the order yet and issued a refund I should see in 48 hours. Of course being Thursday that means I wait till monday before I can reorder from another company. Of course blamed it on Covid. Lets get real that is a cop out. Llying to a customer for two weeks over and over is not covid related. I would recommend avoiding this company as they are not a store. Just a middle man that has a problem with the truth as well as even answering the phone.

The United States flag store was one of the first options that popped up when I started my search for this flag and the pricing was fair in comparison to the rest of the market and the shopping experience on the site was simple and easy to navigate

I signed up for emails and was sent a $10 off code for purchases over $100. I shopped for my flag pole, flag and setup, applied the code to my $214 order and was told it was invalid. I replied to the email and another email but both bounced back as undeliverable. I looked for a "Contact us" link at the bottom of webpage, but nothing. Finally I went back to the home page and found the contact us link and a chat box. Was told I needed to now create and account, even the the pop up box only said that I needed to sign up for emails. The two day order process was not convenient for me.

Ordering was easy however the Workmanship of the 5 X 8 Super tough Flag was disappoiniting. The Flag tore within the first 30 days of being displayed,

Three out of four flags were great. The fourth not so good; I ordered a German flag and instead of the flag of unified Germany I received the East German flag, and it was attached upside down to the flagpole.

So, as much as I wanted a product made in USA, I thought yours would be. But the pole is made in China. Thank goodness the flag is made in the good old USA. If it wasn't made in the USA it all would have gone back. We need to products made here.

Received flag in timeframe. It was a rainbow flag used for a photoshoot. Good quality other than the yellow stripe had a very noticeable orange stain on it. Still was usable for what it was needed for, so at the end of the day it wasn't a huge deal

I get my US flags through a military organization through my contributions to their cause. I finally decided to get a flag of Ukraine to fly on my flagpole beneath the US flag to show support for the Ukrainian cause.
I queried on my computer and selected US Flag Store because it sounds patriotic and the flags they sell are top-notch.
I wanted a quality flag of Ukraine and it was described as nylon, with sewn stripe.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
