I get my US flags through a military organization through my contributions to their cause. I finally decided to get a flag of Ukraine to fly on my flagpole beneath the US flag to show support for the Ukrainian cause.
I queried on my computer and selected US Flag Store because it sounds patriotic and the flags they sell are top-notch.
I wanted a quality flag of Ukraine and it was described as nylon, with sewn stripe.

Package received on time and securely wrapped. The flag was very nice. I ordered and received the 4x6 flag. My only regret (not your fault) is that I should have ordered the larger 5x8. Love your company and customer service.

I bought two flags on April 25,2018, and they are ripped already, they mislead on the information that they will hold high wind, I bough them because they will last 3 years and they only last 2 months, after I called the customer service people and been on hold for 35 minutes, they told me that they were sorry but they can not do anything about it, so if you want to waste your money buy from this company, but I will never buy anything for them ever again.

This is the second time I have bought flags from here. Being made in the USA, was the first reason I bought the furst time, the second was not only beause it is made here, the quality is superior. Easy to order, pay and delivery was as promised.
I wanted Flags made in the USA and the size that is folded at a Military Ceremony.
I choose these flags for my Dad's (and Mom) Military Ceremony. I wanted one folded for each of the Grandsons. They are made here, in the USA,the correct size and are great quality.

I am Vice President Of the Pelzer Heritage Commission in Pelzer, S.C. The flag was placed on a old flag pole that was put up in a old mill parking lot. The flag pole was put there in 1941. We refurbished the flag pole and put a light on it. The people in this old mill village are proud of this old glory flying again. We are a 501c-3 non-profit organization.

Because I bought a flagpole from USFS before, I knew it would be a waiting game and that I probably wouldn't hear any updates during that wait, so I wasn't surprised by any of that. But when your credit card has been charged and you hear nothing at all during the wait, it can be disconcerting...especially nowadays. That might be something to think about, updating at least once during the wait...I think it would be reassuring.
Bought here before.

Although I recieved my order. The tracking info left alot to be desired. Living in Hawaii, amd sharing a mailbox with others in the house, I make it a point to track my shipments. When I attempted to do so with thsi roder, I got "Delivery information will be given when known" and poof! All of a sudden my package arrived! Thank goodness, I checked the mail that day!

My 6ft x 1-1/4 flag pole arrived in a square BENT box. I'm surprised because I used to highly recommend United States Flag Store!

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
