No problems at all. We placed order, were notified it was received and when we couold expect to receive the flag, which was very close and it is a nicely made flag, not flimsy.
My husband saw their ad and we needed a new flag.

Flag is nice but did have some over sewn areas where the thread was hanging out. Hopefully the stitching holds up well. Overall, felt like a good quality flag.

Flag came in 3 days, great condition. After the first rain, all the red color is running into the white stripes. We now have a pink American Flag up at our Cemetery.
Please fix this problem!

My flag was wrapped around the pole within an hour after installation. This product does not work. Very disappointed, should have saved my money. Not at all as advertised!

Had a wind storm that blew our flag pole over and snapped the original sleeve. Purchased this one and it looks much more solid than my original. So far, so good. Definitely pleased with purchase.

I do live stage events. If you need to receive your items then don't use this company. They used a shoddy shipper, lost my items and are making me wait ten days to see if MAYBE they can find the 800 flags that I ordered! My event is in a week. They won't reship for ten days! I have to repurchase flags and now at a rush. Customer service has staff that make promises they cannot deliver on and others who say too bad, it's our policy. Well, good. You can't get me what I paid for so I won't ever order from you again. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!
Tip for consumers:
Beware. If your item is lost you are screwed and don't try to get it in a hurry. If they lose your items you will have to make multiple calls. Basically, they stole $165 from me because I don't have the merchandise!

Wop's Hops Brewing Company is a veteran owned brewery so it is important to fly US Military flags at our location. Ordering from the US Flag store was a very easy process with many options to choose from.

These small stick flags are much sturdier than expected. I have them mounted outdoors on signs in the Kansas wind and rain and they are holding up great.

I would have liked to get all flags in the super knit but some states didn't have that option. It was disappointing as that quality is quite different.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
