The case I chose was not originally available, but was sent to me as soon as it became available
I received an email saying the case I chose was not available. I heard nothing else, but several weeks later I received a survey asking me to review my experience. I gave a low review because I had heard nothing else about when the case might become available. 2 days after I submitted my review I received the case! I believe my order just slipped thru the cracks, but they made it right.

History
The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
