I love it! Bright solid colors even after a year on display. The blue field is just as blue as when I first hung it out in front of my home. Usually, blue is the first color to fade. And the red is still bright red.

We received all the Materials that we ordered. But no instructions on how to fix it. There was no hole on the Pole, so we had drill one ourselves to make the flag work. It was frustrating because we were so excited to show our patriotism but we had to wait a few days until we could figure out how to assemble it.

I may have missed it in the description, but I thought I was getting a flag that slips on a pole. Instead, I got one with grommets. I have made it work but will want one that hangs on a pole in the future. Do you have that model?

Let me start by saying I'm very pleased with this flag, it's very well made. The only improvements I would suggest is to make the colors more vivid and stitch the company tags on the back of the flag instead of the front.

The flag arrived very quickly. It was carefully packaged and looks and feels like the description.
We wanted a flag that could stand up to various weather conditions. US Flag Store's description of their product sounded most like what we were looking for.

As the flag is brand new it is hard to give feedback as to wear but looking at the fabric on the new flag vs. the old poly flag I have to believe it will stand up to wind, rain, and sun much better. Thank you for the fast shipping too.

Easy to order, receiving product was a different experience. After 2 months of no communication finally received communication regarding delay with supplier. Received after another 3 weeks. Limited to only the one communication to the extended delay.

Flags are mounted on the pole with a sleeve, not stapled onto the pole which most likely would rip off of the pole. The flag with the wrap around sleeve is stitched tightly to the pole. I looked on numerous sites to find the Flags I wanted, I have booked marked the site so I know the best place to order my flags from. Ad said sewn edges A little disappointed that the edges were not sewn. I hope that they hold up in the wind. But I know the flag will stay on the pole.

We donated this flag to the church and we were very happy with the quality of the sewn stars and stripes. The fringe was beautiful. It was shipped quickly and arrived as promised on a Friday and we brought it to church on Sunday.

Got them and found they were not made in the USA. They do last. Have bought these before and they last quite a while. Please offer some made here in the USA. Will keep checking and won't order any more till they are made here.

I wanted a polyester flag and not nylon. I also wanted reinforced eyelets for hanging. I wanted an American-made product. The ad covered these issues. I ordered online and received it a few days later. I am satisfied with the flag.
I wanted a good-quality flag to display our love for our country that we could display both day and night.
My sister is immobile and sits in a lift chair near the window where our flag pole is located. She sits and admires this flag both day and night. She watches the way that it blows to determine the direction the wind blows, loves the colors, and what the flag represents. I wanted a durable flag that was crafted in America by American workers.

Will review after i receive the flag kit.,received kit.nice flag sturdy pole. During assembly i dropped the pole and the knob on top flew off. Will glue on.as far as the flag not twisting around pole, on a windy day it's not happening

This is the third flag we have bought from the Flag Store, high winds shredded the first two. Despite the excellent construction of the flags - the wind here beats them up. Nevertheless, we shall continue to replace them with our purchases from the Flag Store.

Just placed an order for your Police Officer grave flag holder. My father just passed away and he was a police officer for 28 years and then a court bailiff for another 24 years. I am looking forward to getting it on his grave. Like I said the first one we got I was very disappointed in. It is a sticker on a plastic background. It was a lot nicer looking in the picture than it is in person. We exchanged that holder for the Policeman's aluminum badge holder. It is much nicer. It is heavier and sturdier. It is a very nice holder. The staff was great in helping me with the exchange. I am very pleased with the second holder and would recommend it to anyone.

We received two floor stands in our order– Metallic Gold Super Tough Brand. One was very poorly painted, finished with globs and runs. We contacted the company and had to take pictures and ship it back to receive a replacement. The quality of the flags is ok. The fringe is a little cheaply made compared to flags I've had in the past. The quality of the flagpoles we ordered was very good. They were the 8ft. Oak, indoor.

So i ordered 2 of the same flags and received to flags made of different thickness of the nylon fabric. One is just like the ones I have previously ordered, and the other, not so much…. I even recycled the old flag box because neither of the two flags came in a box.
You have out sourced your customer service to a company with employees that don’t know the slightest information about your product
My previous order I received two really awesome flags, but this time, not so much.
Because my previous purchase and order from US Flag Store was perfect…. But this experience tells me that something has changed in your company and not for the better…. When I called costumer service, a outsourced attendant picked up and really could not help out…. Seriously a down hill trend with no good customer service…

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey.
