So i ordered 2 of the same flags and received to flags made of different thickness of the nylon fabric. One is just like the ones I have previously ordered, and the other, not so much…. I even recycled the old flag box because neither of the two flags came in a box.
You have out sourced your customer service to a company with employees that don’t know the slightest information about your product
My previous order I received two really awesome flags, but this time, not so much.
Because my previous purchase and order from US Flag Store was perfect…. But this experience tells me that something has changed in your company and not for the better…. When I called costumer service, a outsourced attendant picked up and really could not help out…. Seriously a down hill trend with no good customer service…

The website was easy to navigate. The product was made in the United States. I had used your company before and had a positive experience. The product that I needed had to be able to hold up to the harsh conditions from Louisiana weather. The sun and wind are very tough here.

Did good. I realized I needed to edit my address at review of order. It would not let me edit from that screen. Went back to may account to edit and save, and the changes didn't show up in my cart. It allowed me to edit from the first cart screen.

I called and placed a order for one complete American Flag pole set and ordered an extra flag pole same size. What I received was two (2) different sizes poles that are 2 different colors. I sent the pole back last week and I just waiting and hoping I receive the same size and color pole.

My teenage grandsons came to our home to do the digging for planting our new Flagpole. They are great guys and enjoyed the workout. They too were excited about the telescoping pole and the wonderful look our new flag gives our yard and home.
It all looked good in the web ad. Everything seemed understandable and the price was acceptable and shipping was included. The shipment was complete too.

Our Grandson collects and studies flags of the world. These holders were hung around the ceiling of his small man cave. He was over the moon with excitement when they were hung and held all of his flags.

Our organization, the Great Lakes Bay Regional Convention & Visitors Bureau, located in the counties of Bay, Midland, and Saginaw, Michigan, will be hosting the Ontario Hockey League's Memorial Cup at the end of May. We needed to have six flag poles for the podium. I ordered one set for the American flag to see the quality. We received a 10% discount on our next order, so I used it to order the remaining five sets. I had to call and speak with a representative regarding the application of the discount. She was very helpful. All items were received within a week of the placement of the order.

The ordering process for a flag display case and engraved plate was seamless. The flag case was all wood, the oak finish was perfect and the engraved plate fit the case beautifully. Very fast shipping and great packaging. Would definitely order from them again.

While searching for a larger flag for our post I came across tougher than tough flags. The last flag I put up(5x8) didn't last a month before it started to Frey. Ease of ordering. Product delivered as expected. I have noticed that the dowels used are of differing dimensions. As I place these flags in specific holders, I have to make different bushings to have a firm fit. A little annoying, but not too bad.

I am a flag collector from the full size to the smaller desk size flags. I recently purchased several of the smaller size flags. They arrived in good condition and look great on my desk. The shipping was reasonable.

Was described as 5 inches wide which is why I ordered it.
Unhappy with the size. The width of the top ring that holds the strings of the flag was smaller than 5 inches and the size makes the flag look cheap.

Received package damaged but all appeared to be there. Two dayes after installation, flag was srapped and I attempted to lower the flag to untangle. Bottom section push button would not function. Tied WD-40 and light hammer taps but button would not go it.
The flag pole I just replaced had been ther for 10 years with no problem. I have also used many stick flag grave markers to use at my VFW. Vever any problems.

Easy to complete the order. Flags ordered are for Veterans graves that are otherwise forgotten at the local cemetery. Hopefully these are good quality flags. Received the order and ver pleased with quality of flags

It was a good experience. I suggest that you make this survey to fill out! Ie…ask questions thst have ratings vs, writing all this prose. I almost did not write this review because if the time it took to type all this. Make it easier for the consumer if you want to get true feedback!

Ordered the US Flag and Christian Flag both of which were was ordered and the quality was very good. No assembly instructions. The flag poles did not have pre-drilled or indication where screws were to be placed. Had to guess based on only items. The flag bases were not as good a quality as before..
Searched on-line for items and this website had what we wnted.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
