Here's a suggestion. Send a return envelope with the flags to be able to return our tattered flags to you all for proper disposal. Could be a good service for customers, as well as a tag to advertise for more business.

Your flags were the best looking small ground flags in the neighborhood. All the others had the flag material dropping to the ground because the sticks were not tall enough to support the fabric upright.

Paid and extra $100 expedited shipping to receive flag order in time for funeral but did not arrive in time (the day before as adveritesed) to take to sister's funeral. But I did make a little memorial speech that my sister always planted the little flag on memorial day.
I had hoped to give a little flag to each of those attending the burial service.
It was the only one that advertised the expedited shipping option that would have delivered the flags in time for the funeral

I did a stupid thing. I wrote my address wrong and thought the order was lost. But it was forwarded AFTER I had reordered. That was stupid and no one's fault but my bad typing. I want to order more flags but I can not find a USA flag used during the Civil War.
Because of the size and price,
I want to have the main flags of the South, the Confederacy and the Civil War.

I had a very negative experience with Daniel on your chat feature. He was to send me info by email, that never happened. When I followed up he referred to the info he didn't send and when pressed, directed me the site I was already on chatting with him. I decided to order anyway, as your products appear to be best, but then I was unable to use the FLAG5D coupon that you had sent me.

Very pleased with the quality of the flagpole and flag itself. However, shipping was not as good as expected. Took longer than expected and tje carrier name was not provided so I have to try the tracking number with every know carrier to see which one it would work with.
I liked the products offered.

Every time we need a new flag, I turn to this US Flag Store. The quality is excellent, and I like buying American-made - especially since it's OUR flag!
I also bought bunting from the US Flag Store years ago that has lasted a long time. When I replace that, I'll also return to this store. Prices are good and quality is, as I said, excellent. No need to look elsewhere.

The flag is shown on metal hanger & I thought it was included. So I had to order a separate flag holder which put the flag up late for Congressional vote too help Ukraine.

Ordered these flags to be placed on veterans graves at a cemetery that is not visited very often. My friend and I wanted them to be honored and thanked for their service. These flags are larger and stronger than I thought they would be. Very pleased and hope they last a long time if they are not taken.

I accidentally misspelled my address during shipping, and the US Flag Store was prompt in fixing the issue by shipping out the order again to the correct address. There was almost no wait in calling their customer service department and I would order more flags from them again!

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey.
