Having to call you to confirm my CC information, etc is understandable, but that shouldhave been expressed in the initial moments of the conversation- I had to drag the reason out of the person on the line. That is not a way to make for customer satisfaction

I ordered the week before Independence Day thinking there it wouldn't arrive in time, but it did! We mounted and displayed it for the 4th. The flag seems sturdy. The hardware is mostly plastic, but it should hold up for a while.

I ordered two 3X5 flags cases as graduation gifts for MIDS from the Naval Academy. Beautiful -- well made --- and arrived even before promised. I also ordered a Black on gold nameplate -- and am very happy that I did. The cases are far superior to what I saw on local shelves, and the nameplate is the perfect addition.

I was unable to find the smaller flags in the stores I shop and that led me to the US Flag Store.

Our group has been buying 12" x 18" flags to place on Veteran graves in our town for many years. Our Historic group places them on Veterans graves from the French and Indian Wars thru the Spanish American War. The flags last, even when placed deep in the woods.
There was a simple mix up when the bundles of flags (24 bundles of 12) were picked at the warehouse. That was corrected with some of the best customer service I have ever had.
The store web site is easy to work with and always offers plenty of discount throughout the year. If you have to call, the staff is some of the best to work with.

Our flag stays out 24/7. This is our 2nd order from USFlag Store. Due to weather our flag must be replaced at minimum every 2-1/2 years. I was so grateful when I found USFlag online. USFlag provides a quality flag and a reasonable price and we are quite happy them.

Overall a very good experience and am a repeat buyer. The only thing I want to mention is I paid extra for my windsocks that said made in the USA. There is no label on the windsocks that says made in the USA. I could have paid less for a product from another origin, but that is not what I wanted. However, they appear to be well made, and I hope they hold up as well as the last ones I ordered. And super fast shipping!

When I placed my order, the confederate flags were in stock. Then, I received a message that they were on backorder. Needless to say, I was disappointed! I hope they're back in before Veteran's Day! Supposedly, the 12 x 18 inch flags I ordered are supposed to be made in the United States, although that information is not anywhere on the flags. I'm happy I was able to get the quantity I wanted, which was 30. Delivery was quick. I didn't know that the confirmation email would be through On Line Stores, instead of United States Flag Store directly

I have been trying different flags from different companies to see which ones hold up best in our windy country. So far the first flag I got from you lasted 154 days (and was probably up a week or two to long). We winter in AZ and have just returned to Wyo and so as soon as my wife gets the corners sewn on the flag we will put it up. I have a light on it so it stays up 24/7. If you want, I could keep you posted on how long it lasts. OBTW (oh-by-the-way), I refuse to by an American flag made in China.
At this time it seems like the best price for a quality flag.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey.
