The flag arrived days before it was estimated to.
Two problems however, the flag's star above the Hammer and sickle was off-centered. And the entire flag is wrinkled, even an iron won't get it out.
So it's an ehh from me.

The flag from my Dad's service, which is a standard size flag folded by the military personnel doesn't fit into the case. Assumed that this was a standard size however I never checked. Disappointed however I assume responsibility for nother verifying.

I had a question about the best light for a pole I had purchased. The customer service rep answered several questions and was able to find a perfect fitting light even though I couldn't find my original purchase number or account number. She was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Good as expected, I am a retired Navy Veteran, I deal with people and have what I consider my expectations to be routine and need not comment further, however if they are not met, I do make complaints. On the other hand, I do refer others if the subject ever comms up.

I ordered a flag and flag pole a few days before the 4th of July with a promise date of 10 days after the 4th. The Flag Store obviously recognized my need for it by the 4th because. To my delight, the package showed up 2 days before the 4th and I was able to proudly hoist the Colors on Independence Day. Thanks, Flag Store!

The only suggestion I would have is perhaps follow up after the merchandise has been shipped to let the consumer know it is enroute. I had to send an email after a week or so had passed to enquire about the progress of the transaction.
Had not heard anything after purchase as to whether the order was received or that it was shipped. I sent an email for update approximately 10 days after I ordered and received a response the next day. Ironically, the flag arrived that same day!
I liked the look of the product and was especially happy with its being made in USA!
Again, because it is an American manufacturing firm and I prefer to support that entity.

Good experience with the company, many issues with the courrier. Delayed, then falsely claimed to have attempted delivery. Customer service refused to help due to type of USPS shipping chose by the company (only one option for customers). The shipping would keep me from ordering in the future due to the curiers lack of support and failing to deliver on time.

I ordered the US Army Retired flag and the "Solar powered spot light Truck" for my flagpole. The flag is fantastic, but the solar powered light is NOT solar! It has a very long power cord attached to it. How do I send it back to you?

Poor quality and poor customer service. After paying for priority shipping it took 3weeks to receive. The quality of the flag for the price I paid was sub standard. I'll go back to my original flag company from this point forward- American Flagstore

I knew what we wanted - a heavy duty, solid, stout 20' flag pole and I described that to the nice gal who helped me. I knew exactly what I wanted. Cost was a concern and she pointed out that shipping was free with that flagpole, (we live in WA) which made it even better! The flag pole even came a week early and we have it proudly flying in our front yard. I did a lot of research to find just what we wanted, and that was not a whimpy pole and we are so very pleased when we got it., I will certainly recommend "US Flag Store" to all my drooling friends! I am not happy with my experience. I ordered a personalized flag case on the 14th of this month. I paid the extra $15 for faster shipping hoping it would only take a few days to get here as it was a gift. It is now the 25th and it still shows backordered on the website. I called and sat on hold for 43 minutes before I got to a representative to let me know that it will most likely be another 2 weeks. This is not good and I would have gone somewhere else if I had known it would take this long.

The delivery driver dropped the package over the fence instead of placing it in the newspaper box where the 2 labador dogs could not get to it...they opened the package and inspected the contents...need i say more?

I purchased an American flag for the purpose of displaying it in the Jefferson Folded flag Case that I also purchased from you. My wife and I spent over an hour trying to fold the flag as directed in your utube video. Our conclusion is that the flag was incorrectlly sewn making it impossible to fold the flag and only show stars. I will be calling you after Christmas for a refund.

Buying the flags was easy. Getting flags to Hawaii was not. They appeared to have sat in the San Leandro, CA Facility for 10 days before being flown to Hawaii. I ordered the flags on February 10 and they arrived on March 3. This is very slow... even for shipping to Hawaii.

I was able to find everything that I needed for our Juneteenth Day Parade. Last minute people saying that they did not have the flags needed for the ec=vent, but I was able to order & receive what I needed in time for the parade. Thank you for making this event complete & successful.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey.
