I was interested in windsocks but the site did not let me see all that was available. I had to figure my way around the site to finally see all the windsocks you carry but the products that I selected are gorgeous! I love the embroidery on them which I was looking for in my selections.

Our community has their Independence Day parade on the evening of July 3rd.Our American Legion Riders hand these flags to Veterans, Seniors, and Children along the parade route. The flags are the perfect size for this special event.

The flag was correct and material used was appropriate.
However, the stick for the flag was very short!
It did not match the American flag. Both flags put at our son's grave.
I had to take a stick from a spare American flag and repurpose it.

I ordered a 3X5 flag and you sent me a 2.5' X 4.5' in the the 3X5 package.
I think you packaged a "banner flag" in the "regular flag" package.
Tried to call customer service, was put on hold forever.

Ordering was easy and Package received timely and in good condition. The only problem is the part in which the gold eagle topper sits on was not included in the package. I need the missing part for the eagle to sit on the pole pleeease.

Ordering is quick and easy. In my last order for the gold tough indoor flagpole kit, the eagle top doesn't stand or fit right on top. Please send the correct part maybe 1/2 inch. Thank you!

The flags were ordered somewhat late I thought but were promised by 30 June (I wanted them for 4th July). That should do it I thought. Indeed, they arrived well in advance of the 30th. We were able to place them at each veteran's gravesite by the 29th and they were flying proudly through the holiday. Thank you, US Flag Store.
They had the exact type of flags I wanted at a reasonable price.

Third decent looking flag I was disappointed that it wasn't two-sided. If you put the flagpole to your left and look at the flag you can read the words. If you hold the flagpole to the right the words your backwards.

I ordered the Air Force flag holder, Vietnam add-on tab, and six 12x18 flags. The Air Force flag holder was great. The add-on was really cheap looking and had no tape to hold it onto the marker. The flags were really quality and I will be sure to purchase more.

Site said it was "in stock" after ordering, site says it is backordered. After numerous e-mails and phone calls, they said they would expedite it. No expedite and no answered e-mails, cancelled order. How these clowns stay in business is simple, lie, lie and dodge.

Order# *******096, I order on May 20th, spoke with online stores today May 24th, my flags have not yet shipped. They stated they would ship today or tomorrow. I'm disappointed that it would take 4 or 5 days to process 2 flags to be shipped. I probably will not order again.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey.
