“Becuase we have to give 1 star”

The worst ever. Driver tired calling me at 10 pm to meet him for package. Meet him? I am up at 4 and fast asleep. I tried the number back, and never answers. Days later I am told to wait another 48 hrs. You can't reach them by phone, and they ignore your complaints. What can a person do> I will have to do a charge back to original company who is guiltless in this. Maybe just maybe it will force them to stop using this horrible company. They make intel look good.
