“Universal engraver 15000”

I purchased for $850.00 from Universalengraver.com a laser engraver. It arrived with the the laser not working. I sent pictures to their website but they told me that all the technical support has to go through WhatsApp. I sent to pictures and messages to them only to get this message. "Your laser doesn't work ".

Tip for consumers:
Think about technical support 24 hours away using WhatsApp which may or may not help.
