I paid for the unlock code for my phone which arrived by email a couple of days later. After trying, unsuccessfully, to unlock my phone I sent an email to UnlockRiver. I received a response within a day or less with further instructions. After a couple more emails back and forth and still unable to unlock my phone I was provided instructions on how to receive a refund. Even though I was unable to provide everything requested for the refund a day or so later Paypal notified my that I had received the refund. Very good customer service and very prompt. I predict this business will do great.
I had a problem entering the code and got a response to my email within an hour. After three more emails, the problem was solved and I was also offered a refund if they couldn't get me working. I rate this service excellent in every way.
