I must've built the desk 10 times before I finally ordered it given there's so many wonderful options. While the mobile site for ordering is a little challenging ( it doesnt seem to scroll right), the webpage was great. What was even better was even after practicing my order 10 times I still ordered the wrong size. In a panic I wasn't sure if I would be able to correct it in time. Fortunately, it was a very easy online process, and Jose Escobar responded to me in one day and corrected my error. Thank you, Jose!
I am very happy with my overall experience with UPLIFT. There's tons of options to customize the desk to make it exactly how you want it. Shipping was quick; however, I didn't receive all the boxes on the original shipping date. There were a few boxes that were delayed a few days, but they still came rather quickly and I think it was an issue with FedEx, not UPLIFT, although I'm not entirely sure. The desk was easy to assemble, and the instructions were simple and clear. The desk is solid and sturdy. Adjusting the desk height is quick and super smooth. And to top it off, the customer service is excellent. Shout out to Steven L. For helping me resolve an issue that was my fault during the ordering process. He was super friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the prompt follow-up email - thanks Steve. I would definitely order from UPLIFT again.
My desk was unfortunately damaged during shipping, but Sean from customer support promptly handled my request for a replacement. He went above and beyond to ensure it was replaced quickly! Sean was exceptionally helpful and understanding while offering me options to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. He was able to get a replacement shipped the next day!

I've placed a couple orders with Uplift now for a standing desk and accessories, and so far I love the desk itself. Thing is, each order has had a part arrive with (admittedly minor) cosmetic damage. Could have happened in shipping, but honestly it kinda looked like they left the warehouse that way. Either way, was a bummer, but Danielle in customer service helped me out both times and got a replacement part to me pronto. Dinging a star for the hassle of multiple damaged orders, but again, Danielle was really quick to make it right.
I always dread having to deal with companies RMA process as it's usually a chore and I am the one that has to follow up for next actions. This was not the case for Danielle B and Uplift Desk. Danielle was very polite and very attentive throughout the whole process, even as I needed multiple shipments for replacements. The support, order and engineering teams work well and efficient together to take care of the customer. It is very clear the process is managed from the customer point of view. Danielle & team didn't give me the chance to be frustrated which is rare these days. I really appreciate Danielle's efforts through the life cycle of the case and she has skills that you can't teach.

Worked with Steven Lawrence from Uplift Desk in building an invoice and speccing the order to my needs. Steven was really helpful in our back-and-forth as he worked on creating an invoice for me and also finding the best deal he could apply to my order. I'm super excited to receive my desk, and can only speak on the purchase-side of the experience so far, which has been great.

Jeremy Laurel was a great customer service rep. I normally don't write reviews, but Jeremy was very helpful in getting me a replacement for a damaged desk board due to shipping. He was patient, and what I liked the most proactive with satisfying my concerns and following up. The product was exactly what I wanted and couldn't wait to get my repalcement.
When I received my desk, the large desktop had been damaged during shipping. I called Uplift Desk and was quickly connected to Courtland. He resolved the issue within a day or two; he was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and I would recommend this company and its services. I ordered an Eco-Curve desk, and the same day of delivery, I decided to have it installed. To my surprise, the desk top had a dent, and I was a little disappointed as I was going on a business trip and I already had a mess in my office as I disconnected everything to pass to my new desk. I called Uplift, but it was already out of business hours, so I decided to send an email. To my surprise, it was answered the next morning on a Saturday by Jamie Caudle. To my luck!
Jamie was amazing, providing solutions to fix the problem. Anyway, I wanted my desk to be brand new, as I ordered. Jamie was very patient with me and went above and beyond to fix my issue in a timely manner. She always responded to my emails right away, and I always felt like I was talking to a friend.
I was amazed by the level of customer-first mentality, and to be honest, not always do you find that type of service.

First: These desks are built differently than the stuff you see at IKEA etc. Everything feels solid and well-made.
Second: I had questions about shipping when I initially placed my order, which were quickly resolved over chat with a real person.
Third: Unfortunately, one of the laminate tops was damaged in transit (they are heavy). Again, customer service rep Avalon resolved the thing in under 5 minutes via chat and email.
Tim gave me step-by-step advice/guidance on the huge range of options and accessories. First time I've bought a desk online so this was really helpful. He was clear and related his own experience in the process. Re-sent his contact info for any follow-up questions. Looking forward to receiving our new desk!
