Being an ardent and loyal PUMA customer, for the very first time I made an online purchase of Two puma sneakers for a value of $ 258.00 under order number - *******-US*******.
On receipt the shoes were found to be tight and did not fit well, so immediately I initiated a refund claim and shipped the shoes back via Fedex.
Since I did not hear back from puma and having grown anxious, I called up the customer service agents on many occasion and on one occasion one Alexander informed me that the shoe was expected on 20th November and he mentioned the refund would be processed by the 04th December.
Since there was no further communication from Puma, I again called Puma Customer Service on the 05th December and spoke to one Valerie and after much insistence she processed the refund on 12/04 case number - ******* and mentioned within the next 4 Business days I should have the refund back in my account.
Since even after 12 days of having initiated the refund process I did not see a refund I called up again today i. E. 12/17 and spoke to one lady who identified herself as Isis, this lady was pathetic and very rude and mentioned it would take 5 to 10 days from the process and mentioned it was only 4 days (I'm surprised how it can be 4 days if the process was initiated on 05th Dec). Since I was also ticked of due to Puma cheating me and this lady being so rude I let her know I will never want to shop on puma online because of such a pathetic service and it looks like puma is not concerned about its customers. This lady had the cheek to tell me to go ahead and not shop (What amazing customer service staffs are recruited by puma).
I request you to immediately refund my money failing which I will be forced to take legal action and since Puma staff consider the customers of no value, I will shop no more with Puma and go to the other brands who value the customers.
