It appears the main cartridge may not be a HEPA filter as it does not have the "pre-filter-foam sleeve" or a inner carbon 3rd stage carbon blanket depicted by the Product Manual. Also missing was the Registration card.
Not necessarily the greatest price on the web, but very slow delivery of my shipment. Sellers kindly tried to follow up after my inquiry, but really couldn't do anything helpful.
Price was a little higher than what I wanted to pay, but the product is a good one. Was initally given a lengthy lead time, but it wound up shipping a few weeks earlier than expected.
