Joints don't ache during the night or in the morning. Love the fact that it's light weight enough and it has side handles so even my 80+ year old partner and I (70+) can rotate it!
Suggestion: Can't think of a thing.
This is a guest room bed, both guests so far have found it very comfortable, but the mattress and box spring move as both pieces are extremely light weight
Suggestion: again way to lightweight causing the mattress to shift off one another
Going from a waterbed to this mattress, my husband and I wake up several times a night and have to change positions because of discomfort in shoulders, back, etc.
Suggestion: I wish It were more comfortable. I don't know if it should be firmer or less firm or what the answer is. You never know until you buy it and then it's too late and you're stuck with it after paying all that money!

Suggestion: I'd like a bold pattern or at least a busy pattern. Nothing in my house is white and it's always a shock to see it when I change the sheets.
While the mattress seems good, the adjustable platform is a contributing factor as well. Your staff and their helpfulness along with patience during our buying process was the main consideration for us going with your firm - we had never heard of your brand before this purchase which we stumbled upon so to speak while driving along Layton Ave.
Suggestion: We don't have any ideas now, but may have in the months to come - it is still too new to see how it is holding up and that is a very important thing for us.
My husband is sleeping fine, but I am not -- yet. We chose the Queen with one control and find that we cannot agree on the position of the bed. So, I end up giving in and letting him have his way and head for the couch when his snoring gets too bad. This is a wonderful company. I just wish the mattresses were cheaper. But I have no complaints, other than what I've stated here.
Suggestion: I'd like it even softer, and I'd like it lighter so that I can change the sheets by myself.
I can't be honest yet. Had hip replacement so not really sleeping well just yet! Good service and Darren you were super helpful and fun to work with. Good craftsmanship too!

We use the new mattress for our guest bedroom. But once in a while we have used it, and it works well! The delivery guys were good. I also like the perks with getting $ off for referrals.

We feel like we probably need an adjustment, but we don't know in what direction. Sore backs are more common then are old mattress.
Suggestion: I'm not sure what needs to change, but it isn't as comfortable as I was hoping. I guess you could start with some instructions on how to find the correct inclines.
I actually am using the King sized bed in a guest room and am awaiting remodeling of Master suite. But I also purchased a new Queen that I love! We are so comfortable and not rolling to the middle. Thank you! Great sales people and delivery men. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
Suggestion: It is very thick and heavy. Hard to lift and get bedding tucked in just right.
