I had used the site two times. Met a younger woman, and lets face it, we all like women that are younger! First time fizzled out, as she was not willing to go to the next step. A meeting in her country. Was very disappointed, quit using the site. I received an email that came through as spam, I took a chance and I responded. I have been alone for several years, and thought maybe, just maybe, I might find a woman that was honest and really looking for a relationship. We exchanged a few letters, but she wanted to do live chat, so we did that for a short time, until I spent the required amount of money, by the site rules, where I could request her personal email address. It took several days for them to complete a ground check on me, and with her permission, I received her personal email address. We "chatted " for a few days and then she expected avery quick meet face to face. I was in the process of getting a Visa to travel to meet her. She grew very impatient, and we ended our communications.

One major problem for the men is that the women use the site for FREE. The more letters they send out to different men, the more money the site makes when the men respond to their letters. Letters cost up to $9 per letter after the first letter. Credits are used up very quickly at those rates. Chatting is reasonable as long as the woman is aware of the cost per minute. The woman I communicated with was not always quick to reply, so the minutes were used up while waiting for a reply.

I made multiple requests to the web site operators regarding my dissatisfaction with their process and I finally received a refund for my last credit purchase. My advice to any men that use the site, inform the woman immediately, that you feel a connection with, that quick chat responses and long letters are more desirable, unless you, as an individual have more money than you know what to do with!

But, the "LOVE" was lost in the virtual world. She was F R I G I D!! Even though she spoke English, she did not say a word of it. The Interpreter blocked all conversation. I was alone while they continually communicated with each other. Once in a while I would get a few words.... from the Interpreter. The taxi... Uber. Probably Muscle man. Same guy every time. Expensive places. Will ask for gifts. You are $#*! if you don't buy expensive gifts. My date texted ( probably other prospects ) while on the date. Then came the bomb..... I supposedly looked like I wanted to have sex with her...... Really! That was the bomb that allowed her to distance herself. Despite her intimate suggestions while we were communicating online...... I did NOT even suggest SEX. She promised she would not leave me... " I will not leave you " in strange country and language...... I was left after day two. For eight more days. Wow!! Abandoned. Well, I spent $3500.00 American. I was duped, and ( honestly ) heart broken...... and embarrassed. I met other Americans at an Irish pub who had also been duped. All sad and alone and had spent a lot of money! Beware!! Beware!! Beware!!! Remember Odysseus... had his ship mates tie him to the mast of the ship so he could not go to the Sirens with their irresistible songs. Tie yourself to the mast my friends....... Thank me for this warning!! ;)

I saw this site and read the reviews so was sceptical from the start... Watched and studied the site and sorry to say was eventually sacked into paying so I could get full access of course I paid the minimum.
Almost all women on this site are stunning the photos are professionally done and the site is laid out well... And you can instantly chat with the ladies... This is where they make their money... When you are a free member there is nowhere that tells you how much you have to pay for the credits only when I joined and got 20 free credits did I find out $20 will get you 50 credits... Should be enough to talk to a lady for a while... So I thought... It cost 2 credits for 2 mins to chat... But it seems as though if you chat to 2 women and its 2 credits each and remember they are obviously chatting to other men which chews up all your credits... Also I'm 48 in my profile I'm interested in women 40 to 55... I had hundreds of women from 18 to 60 messaging me to chat... There must be an incentive for the to talk to men... But the big thing that got me... I was chatting to a woman I liked telling her I was leaving because it was to expensive and tried to give her my Facebook details... And she replied... Do you want to get me fined!... These $#*! aren't interested in making romantic connections... These $#*! are all about the money... They pay the women if they talk to you and $#*!en fine them if they try to suggest other alternatives to the site... To me that is slavery... I'm sorry these pricks got any of my money and if you did make a connection with a woman... Is it sincere or are they being paid... STAY CLEAR... I feel sorry for the ladies because their aspirations certainly aren't what this company holds dear

I joined Victoria Brides about 3 weeks ago. This site is a Total SCAM! The way they make money is by charging your credit card for Credits: $2 per minute! The time goes by really quick and they don't warn you when the time is almost up. All this website is really about is suckering you in to spend more money with "Zero" hope of ever meeting one of the women! When you first pay by credit card and gain access the women come to you like Locusts. The women's pictures are often Fake. If and when they send you the real pictures they look like different person for example: they don't have a perfect figure, large breasts, and hair is much different. Looks like in many cases they have Photo-shopped the head with a different body. The women ask stupid questions (Small Talk) like: weather, food, what are you doing, and then the classic - "I don't understand". The women all lie to you: for example I spoke to one woman on her profile said she was a Kindergarten teacher and when I asked why she was Chatting with me at 3:00 a.m. (her time) when she had to teach the next day she said: "What School?" 2 women lied to me and said they needed to pay for using the site which is totally false! Also women would sometimes contact me while I was at work at lunch time and then when I said I needed to go back to work they would say you are Working Too Much and not interested. Then I would ask some women to send to me a Mail with all of their questions - they would say it cost them money - Lie! Also, think about it why would 20 year old hotties be interested in a man in his 40's? In my opinion the women are not real they are professionals that work for the company - why else would I get e-mails from women at odd hours in the morning. Either that or the women are getting paid for participating in this Scam. Please Avoid this site - they only want your Money. It is a "Classic" Bait and Switch! I was lucky my credit card company credited all of the charges so I was not out any money!

I have been affiliated with this site for over two years, in that time I have deleted and reinstated my profile approximately five times. After the first year I had over 6000 ladies that like me. The reason that I deleted my profile was for the same reason that Patrick M. Stated in his review, in fact I agree with all the reviews posted here, I've experienced all their complaints myself. One other thing that was not mentioned a lot of times it seems that the ladies will slow down response time during chat, I've had it take up to 5 to 10 minutes before receiving a reply. The site says that the clock will only run for two credits and then suspend itself until something else is sent, but I have not found that to be true. I also have learned that there are at least five different name sites that are actually all affiliated with Victoria. What I mean is the only difference is the name and credit prices the profiles for all the girls in the way the site operates is virtually the same on all of them. They are named Charmerly, loveSwans, Victoria heart, match truly, and Victoria brides, I have also come across the possibility of even more, but I have not verified them. I created profiles on all these sites and have determined that not all the Svetlana's I would chat with were the same, even though the profiles and photos were virtually identical. At first I thought that the lady I was talking to may be a little dinghy, but after I realized they were not the same, it all made sense. You may wonder why I would talk to the same lady over many sites, basically, it was because of the price of credits, some of these would give discounts.
