I had a very smooth, easy, process of receiving the items that I did whilst working with the "Viking Cycle" brand via Livia! She was very quick to respond, and answered any question I had, even with sizing, and certain pricing concerns. She was very kind and considerate while talking to me, and if Livia is the Epitome of the "Viking Cycle" Brand, and their Customer Service and sales department, then I can most definitely see myself working with them again in the future. I have no complaints, she was fantastic to work with! The Bag seems to have a very sturdy feel, with a VERY smooth zipper almost as if your unzipping a tent, it's like butter! The Jacket is heavy, but in a comforting way, making you feel that if you go down, your going to be ok! Great products, and a fantastic customer relations department to back it up =)

I worked with Joseph L. Regarding getting a smaller pant size. I normally wear mediums, but the mediums in the riding pants ended up fitting a bit too loose. Josseph, was awesome, sending me a return shipping label, communicating with me throughout the entire process, and following up with me to make sure everything was received and fits perfectly.
