I've been waiting a week for a replacement Modem. I work from home, promised delivery last week by Virgin, still nothing!
They have been taking far more from our account after the contract was up than the service is worth. I have been on the phone waiting for literally 4 hours over 3 phone calls to cancel my service and still they have not answered. They just keep putting me in different queues that have no-one responding.
I can honestly say this is the worst company that I have EVER had to deal with. They have bad business practices where customers are sold products on the promise of better services, their monthly broadband packages are exorbitant and they keep hiking their prices regularly for a service that is unstable and unreliable. Some staff seem to want to do a good job, but a culture of "we're too big to fail" means that moreover, the better staff do their best with services that are flawed. Customer care is poor, with some bulldogs in there who are aggressive and unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend Virgin Media as their services are problematic and dealing with them is very stressful!
Tried to move internet & broadband with virgin media, was not tied into a contract, and was dearer than other suppliers, but decided to stay with VM for simplicity… big mistake! Still no service, new Vm box was to be delivered twice this week & got confirmation of time & date. No VM box still.
Do not enter this nightmare guys, I contracted a sim mobile plan from them and even after canceling the contract and paying everything, with the attendant confirming that everything is settled and canceled (after 50 minutes on the phone), I just received an email with a bill to be paid next month. Here we go again to more stress
Useless. NOTHING WORKS. And they will assume you're an idiot. Pages dont work. Apps dont work. Cannot logon anywhere. Account numbers dont work. Support does not work. Chat bot sucks and does not work. They dont answer the phone. This is so frustrating i am cancelling.
The worst mobile operator with whom I had the misfortune to use services, constant problems with sending and receiving text messages. For over a month I have been trying to transfer my number to another operator and all this time virgin mobile makes it difficult for me to resign from their pseudo services, incompetent people work in company salons, claiming that they cannot help me with anything, 1908 still answered me at the given telephone number automatic, after a month I managed to contact the operator who demanded explanations why I want to resign from their services, then he assured me that the problem with the number porting will be solved and after 3 days the problem still exists and I can't transfer the number. To all those interested in the services of this network, I strongly advise against using the services of the operator of the Virgin Mobile network!
I waited 35 days until they came to install the broadband, after one month stop working, I am waiting now for 7 days without service, no Internet at all, if you calling them you wait 1 h for operator to answer, it is worse Internet you can get in Dublin
Nightmare to get through to. Overcharged 2x months in a row. Vodafone alot better experiance more stable wifi. Customer care opens later.

I have a simple query to resolve. Over the past 2 days, I've contacted the whatsapp chat, the online chat and the phone help desk. No one answered. I stayed on hold for over an hour before hanging up out of frustration. This isn't the first time I'm having issues with these clowns, if you can, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Answer: Yes, all of the time, don't bother with it and customer care will fob you off to the next engineer and the next customer care agent, it does not work and being constantly disconnected will drive you insane, something nobody needs at the moment
