Ordered item in June. Called, used chat line, left messages. 4 months of waiting for item. They no longer respond in any way. If you don't mind waiting forever for no merchandise this may be ok, but I don't like being ripped off or ignored.

Like other reviews read on this site, we also made a purchase from Vittoria Dream. There was no indication on the site that this company was located out of the US, thus prompting our bank to approve an overseas purchase. What? The purchase was made in the evening, by early morning the purchase was refunded according to Vittoria's emails. Now here is the kicker. Vittoria Dream took my card info but never actually took the money nor refunded my account. Two weeks later, after NO out of the ordinary purchases, two $250 withdrawls- that's $500 total! Were withdrawn going to a sports betting company. Given this info and other reviewers experiences with this company, I would say the dream ain't real! Find another company to buy your goods.

Hello, I would like to advise everyone who did not buy from this store because this store does not deliver their products and keeps making excuses that they are out of stock and do not cancel their orders, not returning our money.

Beware! Do not buy anything from these people. They are debit card/credit card scammers. The only place I used my debit card in the past 2 months was here and next thing I know they are buying stuff on line with my debit card. Luckily I have fraud alerts so the vank locked my card but they still got away with $500 in merchandise from Best Buy on line. They tried transferring Cash to Venmo also.

Ain't no way in hell a company can sell a mini split heat pump system for $100. I'm glad I didn't give him my credit card information. Take a look at this website it's ridiculously too cheap it is a scam it has to be a scam.

I ordered a fire blanket from Vittoria Dream The next day I got an email stating that the order had been cancelled. No reason given, yet the ad for the item is still listed several days later.

If it seems too good to be true, it is. Do not order from this site. My hubs was not duped because he used our protected credit card, so the order didn't go through. I investigated when he asked for my help and found others had a similar experience. Now I have to check our CC everyday to make sure there is no back end charges. Pain in the patoot!

Tried placing an order using a visa gift card since I don't like giving my credit card to sites I've never heard of but they had a toy I couldn't find anywhere else. The free shipping with no minimum order amount sounded to good to be true and guessing it was. Order was declined for an "unknown reason" and I have yet to hear back from the chat or email support. I'm guessing their site declined the card because it's not an actual credit card even though they can be used just like a visa card. Disappointed but not surprised and glad I didn't enter in my credit card info.

Don't trust this website. I have ordered a wagon because it's cheaper than amazon. I checked with them about whether it's in stock. Then I ordered and several hours later, it's refunded. I think they are just collecting personal and credit card information. I don't know where good reviews are coming from.

Ordered the Tamagotchi ON, Magic Purple, 2.7 Inch. Charged to my card and locked it for safety. Less than 24 hours later the order was cancelled. This place is for sure trying to steal credit card numbers and other info. Do not purchase from this seller.

They said it was in stock. Others had fraud on their debit card and had to cancel the debit cards. People without a single fraud attempt until "shopping" at Vittoria Dream. Buyer beware. The positive reviews are paid/fake.

There are great prices on the website. They don't honor them. They canceled my order for no reason. I knew it was BS when they were cheaper then everyone else. Don't waste your time!

I went to the site and purchased a tech product that was over $100 cheaper than the next cheapest site. After making the purchase I noticed the Status was "ON HOLD" and contacted their on-site customer service via the Live Chat (Kate Wilson). I wanted to inquire about why I didn't receive a confirmation email for the order I just put in. Who ever this Kate Wilson person was on the other end was really slow with responses. At one point they asked for my email address to confirm the order and I gave it to them immediately after asking, but they acknowledged it over 3 hrs later. The first red flag for me was that they didn't send me a confirmation email of the order. The next day the status read "REFUNDED". Now I know this site is shady and very suspicious. I canceled my credit card shortly after. If you read this review before you visit the site your a smarter person than me and congrats as you just dodged a bullet. If not, that's fine too, just a little more hectic to cancel your CC and all. Don't risk not canceling your CC. This experience taught me to be more vigilant with too-good-to-be-true deals online.

This website collects your debit/credit card data. I purchased a bounce house through Vittoria dream 5/9/22. And the next day on the 10th, I was "refunded" as the other reviewers have said. I'm now cancelling my card and reporting this as a fraudulent charge.

I called few times no one pick up the phone or reply to email. I ordered kids bed order went through and the next day I get email that the order is canceled and refunded but my card is being charged twice. They are scam I think they just get your account info. I will never buy anything from them. I will stay away from this site.

Honestly, i am not a fan of shopping, but i've spent almost two hours looking at the products and their description. I was very interested in it. And in the end, i've found the desired product! I don't even regret that i've spent so much time
