I was told it had shipped and they gave me a tracking # but the tracking service had (and still has) no information for this number as of 3/13. I wanted to cancel the order but they said it had been shipped, and they have taken money out of my account but no information as to its where abouts.
I am really impressed with the quality of the Waterfly products. The first one i saw was the over the shoulder bag. When I searched for a gift, I thought the bike bake was perfect because it was unique. I am very happy with my bike bags and the customer service help I received when ordering.
We toured around Scotland and I love my cross shoulder bag. It holds so much and is very comfortable to wear front or back
The item was shipped quickly. Canada Post had it in their sorting facility in Vancouver for quite some time but I received it within about three weeks of ordering.
My order was prompt and was a great bag to take overseas with me. Fitting everything I needed! Excellent!
I walk 6 to 10 miles daily and need supplies like water, Kleenex, my phone etc. the pack is light weight easy to use and water proof. A truly great item.
Waterfly provided timely updates, and the turnaround from purchase to arrival was surprisingly quick. Seems to be a high quality product, particularly for the cost. The front pocket is too small for my iPhone (10X) but it fits easily into the back pocket. I would have preferred the reverse. Otherwise, the pros out weigh the one con, and I would recommend this fanny pack for short walks where all you need are your keys, small wallet, phone, and water bottle.
I ordered an item on waterfly, and the purchase confirmation via paypal went to a gmail address that included "candygirl" in the name. When I click on the link from my confirmation email to "view my order" it simply says I'll receive an email when the order is ready, and that fulfillment will happen 12-22 days after that. Feels like a scam. I'll update this review if I actually receive the item.
I placed an order on January 22,2022. I received an immediate email reply confirming my order. Now, one week later, I received an email in what appears to be Chinese. I don't know what it says as I don't speak/read Chinese. I have received nothing in English related to my order. Has it been filled and sent? Is it delayed? I have no idea. I only know that I am not happy with Waterfly's response - or lack of it.
Bought early x-mas gifts in August - decided I don't like them for gifts but was unable to return even though I have the receipt and original packaging. Terrible customer service.
