“Poor Customer Service”

I bought a full set of mats for my 2019 GMC Terrain Denali. The catholic may, the rear seat mats and the passenger may are gone. The problem is the drivers side may cannot get clean and over only had them for a month! Spoke to two different reps and they told me reps and they told me to use their cleaner and protectant!

Tip for consumers:
Inferior customer service!
