Really bad customer service.
I've been writing the chat and I'm seeing they are reading the messages but are not answering. I've been calling the phone number and nobody is picking up the phone.
I paid for 4 hours of service to clean the home and iron some clothes. Once I got home, everything was dirty and the clothes have not been cleaned. They only did the bed and a few things, it looks like they only worked for 30 minutes maximum.
If this is not solved, I will be reporting the transaction paid with my credit card as fraud to my bank as I didn't get the service done and they are not providing support to my inquiries.
