If u sign up for a membership and u forget to cancel, they keep charging you and never send u a bill, so u do not event notice u are being charged. When u call to find out they just say that u signed up for that. Be very careful...

I went to their web page and chose the plan that says $3.07 per week which is the simplest and cheapest one. If you do the math, 3.07 x 52 weeks in a year is $159.64. You divide that by 12 months and your monthly bill should be $13.30. Right? Sorry, WRONG. They charged me $16.21 per month. I called them and the lady told me that the small letters supposedly said something different. So with Weight Watchers you don't sign for what you see in big colorful pricing information, you actually commit to pay something completely different that is probably explained in very small letters in a place that as a customer you don't have access to anymore.
I requested to cancel the account and the lady had the nerve to even try to force me to take 1 month free instead, and since I said no then he kept insisting with two and three months free. So they lied to you, they take away your money and then they try to make you stay.
What a company. Stay away.

I purchased the WWs app and the charge was $19.99 per month! Okay - very expensive but I decided to give it a try. And it's a good app, just over priced. So I found a knock off for a one time cost of $4.00, but then had so much difficulty getting rid of the WW charge. Finally thought I had done it correctly, and still received the bill the following month. I recommend searching similar apps for your phone - great ones are out there that do exactly the same thing and do not chage $20.00/month!

I'm using Weight Watchers and it I find it is easier than Spark People. It's also working better than Spark People. I do it completely online.

I have lost 10 lbs in four weeks. With Spark I would lose 1 pound, in four weeks and that is being generous.

Nice online website
October 3, 2013

Nice online website. When I first saw this site, I was so curious how a online store helped people watch out their weight and lose their weight. Finally I understood. And I fell in love with this store.
Highly recommend this store to you. Really nice. You have got to have a try.

Just try to cancel your account on WeightWatchers online! Just try! It is next to impossible to cancel your account online! They offer an email address so I sent an email and they responded. They said the email is only an 'acknowledgement' even though I requested cancellation 3 months ago! They kept charging me month after month. When I telephoned their office in NY *******112) and said I am filing a complaint with BBB, their response was, "We can only credit the most recent amount charged."

I have used Weight Watchers on an off for the past few years with varying results. The main point of the plan is ha, points.

If you stick to your points and track all of the points that you take in you will lose weight. The meetings also help when you are on the plan. The only problem with it is that you eventually get point burned out.

If you stick with the plan for about a year and you work out diligently you can lose up to about 50lbs. Unfortunately, as soon as you stop tracking and don't work out as much you will gain probably half the weight back.

Weight Watchers is not a fad diet, its a life choice. If you are willing to update your life to WW's you have success but you have a strong chance of burning out on the plan after sometime.
