When we first started with unified we had trouble with our account manager who would take much longer to get back to us than we anticipated but we were quickly reassigned to another team member who made it her priority to keep us updated at all times. Her name is Megan and we cant thank her enough for working with us for the last three months while we were re-branding to a different company name. My advice is that if you notice that you're account manager is lacking just ask to speak to management and they will take care of you and make sure you work with someone who gives you the attention to detail that you need. In my case I needed to work with someone 1-on-1 on marketing materials for a brand transition that we are doing since we're really picky with what goes out there since we are in the educational space which criticizes even the smallest of mistakes.
Working with them is a pleasure and they have really helped us with conversion optimization for our website since we were bringing in traffic but 60% were not buying. The staff is professional and they did all of the work timely with updates along the way. Would recommend them for anyone struggling converting clients for an ecommerce store.

From re-creating our website with strong eCommerce functionality and into having us featured across major media outlets which aligned us with our competition - they did it all and we could not be happier that we partnered with them. They take an all in one approach with doing digital marketing and their team is technically an extension of our own team. Our new social media marketing strategy is working wonders and doing its part for our marketing efforts. Attention to detail on social media posts, we are gaining targeted followers and we've had several orders from our followers since we started recently. So far so good, would recommend this agency and the work that they do and its great that we can expand with one agency without having to go to different places.

We signed up for their social media marketing package and we have been getting a good following but the social media posts could use some improvement here and there it seems like little things get forgotten. I did address this and they did improve but having the confidence that it stays that way is what I need. Not bad for the money though.

I am still working on including the pricing into my budget! However, I would like to give anecdotes to for the Customer Service experience I received. They responded to my inquiry about pricing within a few minutes which is saying a lot in my perspective since I am just a small 1 woman team for my business. So that says to me they care about each client, and truly figuring out solutions for even us 1 woman teams!
It all works together. That is incredibly important. You need all your sources to be able to come into one location and be tracked and that's what you get with their platform. Sales are the e-commerce businesses life blood. If you can't track everything you do, you are just shooting in the dark. Great work!
We just underwent a whole redo of our health care website with the full marketing plan unified has created for us and we are very satisfied with their services till this point. We have redone our website three times before and this was by far the fastest and most accurate we have ever done. I wish I would have found this company before I spent thousands of dollars on my own dropshipping store.
Their dropshipping plan is legit and everything was done and is laid out for me.
My account manager showed me the estimated profitability for the store that I choose, and a week later I was making the same sales. I love it. They even had a chart to show me based on how much advertising spend I put in how much I could make on average.
The sales are good and very consistent. Very easy process and all I have to do is just fulfill orders which is literally one click from my dashboard.
Their products are spot on, and I would have never thought of them. They always sell, never break, and don't have any risk attached to them.
I'm opening up my second dropshipping store with them soon.
Switching over from ClickFunnels was the best decision I ever made. These guys are it! They looked at my current funnel, created a new plan, set it all up and drove traffic to our new funnel that was converting decently well. Click Funnels sold us the ideology that we would get traffic, but they did nothing to manage it all, we had to do it ourselves and I had no clue.
