I think Unified is one of the companies that anyone would wish to work with! I learned about it through one of my close friends who has used them for a while. I thought it was too much for what they were offering at first, but I would not look back because these arent ordinary services that they're offering but tested marketing methods that actually work. I hired Unified about a few months ago and we started getting traction though social media and being found in search engines but it simply took too long for it to all happen. Between providing revisions on the website to launch took about two weeks when I could create a website in a few days. I know it wouldn't be as comprehensive but it still would have been up. The team has been nothing but supportive (nothing against Matt he is a gem) but that doesn't fix the problem of taking so long to get into my market with my products which is why I'm giving them three stars. Things are progressing well now about three months later and I will change my review if it keeps up like this. Knowing that you guys are in marketing, you should know how important time to market is especially in e-commerce and this is something you should significantly improve with because time is something I cannot take back.

We've looked at your account, and we do see that things have progressed well after the marketing plan phase and that you've won your first 100+ orders.

Save time. Use these guys. They manage several parts of the marketing for my business and it has been helping us a lot in comparison to how things used to be. Email marketing is literally selling our service for us, our social media is fruitful with posts and new followers that we don't pay a penny for and our website brings in the contact details for new clients a few times a week.

I am really happy to have found this company. I signed up with them a month ago and I was really skeptical about their pricing but they have really blown me away. They re-created my website and we pay a low monthly fee to have it managed and they always find ways to improve it. Got started about two weeks ago and we are seeing good results with the campaign already. Only downfall was that I had to cut my margins a little by advice of my account manager but I took his advise since they know what they're doing and it made sense.
My account manager is always avaliable and his response times are quick. By the time I click send, he's already replying to me.
We have had reporting discrepancies when running daily reports for a given month and comparing the performance across multiple marketing channels. We get an "internal server error" when generating the reports. But, when comparing daily reports for multiple months over a period of time, there is no problem. We have addressed this issue time over time to our account manager but it hasen't been fixed yet and it's not the guys fault because he told us it's in the queue for the next release. We find this to be really important because we use it to determine cross-channel ROI. I am requesting your assistance with this matter and I am hoping this review turns it into a quick fix because don't get me wrong the marketing is working fine. Ticket #*******, #*******

Why Unified has a bunch of great employees and management who stand behind the services that they offer. If you ever have any questions or concerns they are certainly good people to deal with and based on my concerns being resolved with management giving me the attention I deserve within moments of it being brought to their attention, I would say give them a try any day. Their customer service reminds of when I call AMEX since they carry the same standards of quality.

Whenever i have a question about our marketing their staff is always there to help if my main person is not there. I am happy than i dont need to keep track of al of my marketing and that i can focus on my business and marketing locally because one of the reasons i signed up with them is because i did not know what to do in order to stay relevant with customers and they have helped me all around.

Answer: They are a legitimate company but the results are extremely poor. We've spent around $8,500 total including ad spend and their drop-shipping service. We've only generated $500 worth of profit. I would stay away
