Very simple to work with this team and streamlined process. Nice to be able to monitor all marketing activities to the dashboard rather than going back and forth in emails. Worth the money i paid with good results.

No one is answering on live chat on your website. My account manager is not in the office today and I'm not impressed.

Still giving you guys four stars because it's been fine until today, I'm not sure if it's the holidays or what but it's not Christmas yet.

WhyUnified has been handling a majority of our companies and working with them has tripled our sales. We like being able to monitor our entire business from the dashboard and the work that they are doing is really transparent.

Troy is one of the big reasons why we are growing our business. We know that he works with the marketing team and that he does not physically perform all of the work, but the extensive amounts of information that he shares to improve our sales and the consistent updates that he provides while listening to our feedback is spectacular. If you choose Unified, ask for Troy!

I used them to manage my social media marketing for the last six months and I would rate them as good/okay.

One of the reasons I can't rate them as excellent is because I did have to pay for phone support in order to talk to someone which might have speed things up for me.

Otherwise, their social media marketing is top notch. They created an exceptionally stunning grid for our social media post which truley reflected who we are. The posts that they created had a lot of thought and planning put into it.

It took some time for followers to start finding our page. We opted out of not doing ads beause we did not have the money to spend. So over the last 6 months we gained about 2,800 real followers and about 15% of them turned into customers which worked out well.

Other than the phone support, this company is great and it is worth the money I spent over the last six months.

Love working with adam, he is one of the best people to work with there! Always answers my questions, shares really realistic expectations and just works with you one on one. Signed up for a 3 month plan and gave it a shot, and they really helped my store and fixed a lot of problems. Not to my full expectations with wanting to earn $50K but I am happy with how far we have gotten so far. Would refer them to anyone!
