I initially chose why unified for my existing store where I had lots of click but no sales. They did great with that store and got me revenue positive. I diddn't achieve as much as I wanted with that store, so I sold it instead after building it back up so that I can get some money back. Not their fault, the products just weren't in demand as much as I thought that they would be.
So I signed up with their dropshipping plan where they do it for me. I'm glad that I did. I have about 5 stores with them now and all of them are doing excellent and much better than the store of my own was doing before.
I saved lots of money with this plan and most importantly time. Their products are REALLY GOOD. They have none of the issues I faced previously (chargebacks, returns, complaints). Only downfall is that I can't stop using them with this plan if I want to keep things going which still makes sense because it's a rental model. The fees are REALLY low in comparison to most agencies out there. From my experience, others are like $30K and include little to no support. So at the end, they are still VERY worth it.
The account rep is an awesome dude and has helped me build my businesses up. Can't complain one bit about anything with this company.

I am very impressed with this company. I signed up and I had an OK store assigned to me with OK results, but they released a new version of their plan, and I upgraded where I am now selling brand name products that big box stores sell. That is what really impressed me and where my sales started to sky rocket. I was one of the first ones to test out this plan, and I may be biased because I did receive a discount, but the results are by far more than I expected.
So pretty much, they buy brand name products from big brands because they're over produced at steep discounts. Like the product I had, the profit margin was $30 dollars and I'm selling it $10 below retail which is honestly unseen so that's the exact reason people buy it because why would they pay full retail price for the same exact product. It even blows Amazon's pricing out of the water. The pricing is so good that I actually purchased the product from my own store because I buy the same exact products at Walmart LOL!
Everything is super transparent, the staff is friendly, and nothing is outsourced which is what I love the most about them. A lot of companies I have dealt with outsourced all of this stuff overseas and they don't understand how we live life here since it's so much different so how can they advertise?
Another thing is that they run ads from their account which is great because my advertising account was disabled and I pretty much can't advertise on Facebook ever again because I made a few silly mistakes.
So pretty much they manage the store, supply the product, handle customers, shipping, and all of that stuff for a monthly fee. All I've had to pay for was their fee which isn't too bad and the cost of the product and advertising.
I signed up for another store and I'm now selling a seasonal product which is supposed to blow up so I will adjust this review after fall and let everyone know how that went. But so far, I am very happy with how things have been going and I am VERY happy I did not cancel when the results were initially OK.
If u failed with selling basic products from ali before, I would defiantly give this a shot because it's nothing compared to that.

It doesn't work really well until you've used it for awhile. There are so many things covered by this program, it seems like overkill.

Answer: They are a legitimate company but the results are extremely poor. We've spent around $8,500 total including ad spend and their drop-shipping service. We've only generated $500 worth of profit. I would stay away

Answer: They are extremely quick to reply but you will always get canned automated marketing answers. Nothing will be unique to your account
