They're no way legit wig mages are stolen from other wigs websites. Order one, you'll receive skinned possum in about 6 weeks!

Update on an older review. I received a refund through my bank after reporting this company. Once again don't buy from wigsbuy, they are a scam and will not give you your money back. I disputed the transaction and it took several months but got the full amount back. Don't let these guys get away with this. Report them to your financial institution if you have been sold a bogus product.
Don't be fooled by the high ratings (most, if not all of them, are more than likely fake reviews). Read the 1 star ratings. For $150 I received a dried out piece of crap they call a wig. Live Chat is fake too (you will never find someone available). This company is pretending to have many happy customers & quality wigs w/raving reviews. You'll get a wig, eventually, but it will likely be junk (mine and many others were). Drab/dull dull color with dried out, brittle, over processed unhealthily looking hair (no real texture or color to it). I tried to review online at their website, wigsbuy.com, won't post it (doesn't work either... it won't post). Just like the chat won't work/chat. I believe their 5 star reviews, at wigsbuy.com, are fake also. Good luck if you decide to roll the dice.
This is a scam! While they look legit, they actually pull your money from your account and put you in "pending" with no shipping details. I've been in "pending" for three weeks. See other reviews. I have contacted their customer service twice and got NO response back - laughable that they claim "24 hour" response times. Also, on their "fine print," the company says they will only refund 30% of your purchase price after 72 hours. What a joke. Luckily my credit card filed a dispute and I'm pretty confident they will get it back for me. This is a FOREIGN (probably China) company. DO NOT BUY.
If you have $$ to give away, this is the place! Sent wrong wig, wrong color (orange, yuk!) and would not help me in return AT ALL! Wig was very poor quality, like a dolls hair. Zilch, zero! Total ripoff. They are based out of Poland so good luck in getting a return or money back. They don't answer emails or calls. Stay away.
This is my second review on site jabber pertaining to wigsbuy, I just want to let all potential buyers know that they should NEVER buy anything from wigsbuy.com. The site is fraudulent, they won't send you the merchandise and when you ask for a refund, they will require you to pay a restocking fee (even if the wig hasn't left their inventory). They even go as far as having their "customer sales rep" contact you via sitejabber, asking for your order number, to make other users think they're trying to help you and accommodate your needs BUT it's all just for publicity, the representative that has replied to all of these negative reviews has not once reached out to me to refund the money or resolve the issue.
Terrible experience. Quality is pure. Wrong style and size arrived- nothing like on a photo, Return policy is not honored. They will take faulty products back but will not offer full refund- charge you exuberant restocking fees.
This site is a total scam. I spent over 500.00 dollars on human hair wigs and received the worse synthetic wigs. The help number and chat do not work.
How can this be legitimate when order:
1.No tracking Info
2. Package had no information relating to Wigsbuy
3. Shipping status never updated on their website
4. Account showing no orders to dispute
5. Phone number on wig boxes doesn't work
7. Tracking info had no valid detail
8.7 days is impossible to return a product to China with no proof for return address and receipt of products
I purchased three wigs last year from this company. These wigs were absolutely horrible!
They looked like plastic clown wigs, brassy and flammable, and looked Nothing like what they advertised.
It took the company forever to send them which concerned me even more about them being legit. After I left a message and was just about to call it a loss 4-5 weeks later these horrible unattractive theatrical-looking things arrive at my door in a bag. A bag!
Please do not waste your money. You will be very sorry. They really do not deserve even one star but I have to rate this in order to post it to spare an unknowing customer from disappointment.

The hair is very nice. I might trim the bangs not sure. By so far no one could tell it was a wig. It even comes down to the ears which feels much more secure than others who have a shorter lace underside. I just ordered 6 maybe 7 more wigs. For friends and family and for My Self too! I feel so pampered. Shiny strong hair nice style. Low cost and no spending time with a flat iron! I am very pleased! I do recommend getting the head cap and brushes to help keep it all neat.
Very inferior product, which took several weeks to arrive, with no correspondence as to when it was coming or how to contact company. Product was awful, much shedding, stiff, misshapen and very cheap looking appearance. Can't return it without prior authorization, and I have tried calling their number up to 18 times. The message always says line is busy!
Sent wrong wig colour. Can't return. No way is this light brown with blonde highlights. This looks like a black skunk just landed in my head. No way to get a reply from them. Based in mainland China, Just wasted $$ plus customs charges for nothing, The "contact us" link has a security warning not to open. That's all you need to know.
I ordered a wig 3/30/21. As of today's review (5/5/21) it has been more than 5 weeks and I have not received anything! My emails have gone unanswered. Even a rare online chat was nothing more than apologies and lies. I received a FEDEX tracking number, but the FEDEX shipping status only reports that the label was created. When I told that to the chat person they assured me the wig was on its way and claimed their shipper had just failed to update the status. Please! When/if FEDEX picks up the item THEY are the the ones who update shipping. This has been a mistake. Do not do business with this "company"!
Thank goodness I read the horrible reviews on Your 3 cents.com after ordering. I contacted PayPal immediately & filed a dispute. Reason, item not received as website states. I received a response from wigsbuy asking me to be patient and to drop my claim. PayPal got all of my money back within 2 days. Always purchase through PayPal

Excellent service, this was my first experience of buying wigs online store and I can't fault it at all. The range is very extensive and prices extremely competitive, communication and delivery also excellent. Paid online for an item, confirmation email on 5th February. Went online 23rd February to check order status - order does not exist, so sent a query to their customer service via their website to enquire why the order doesn't exist on their system, yet payment made almost a month ago. No acknowledgement of the query, no reply. Not even a courtesy note of we are looking int this issue.
I'll leave you to your own conclusions as to what this indicates. I'll keep pestering them, with dwindling expectations, I'll let the community know the outcome, but for now - score is -2/10
This company uses the Internet to defraud people by advertising non existing wigs with pictures of celebrities. Under normal circumstances, you should be able to cancel your order before shipment is made. They have nothing in stock. They start producing with horse hair when you place your order and what you receive is nothing like the advert. Always research outside the fake reviews on a seller's website to avoid con merchants like these

Beware of these fraudulent wig companies that their ONLY service is ripping people off!
There is a huge risk when you purchase any items from over seas. These scavengers have been known to lie, cheat and steal from whom ever patronizes their business. They frequently use false advertisements to get you to buy from them. Do your self a favor and buy locally and always read the reviews on the company, this will save you a whole lot of headache in the future.
Stay far far away from this place. The wig I ordered very innocently as a new person to wig world. It took over one month to arrive. No phone numbers that actually work to talk about their pot customer service. When the wig finally arrived it was cut like a bowl... yes a bowl no part. It took me 25 min to try and figure the front from the back and to be honest I m still not sure. I'm most frustrated with the inability to contact these people. No way to send back the shabby rug since they do t respond.
Tried to resolve a scam purchase from WIGSBUY.com by contacting their "Customer Service." All I got was the "run-a-round." They are not there to help, more likely to confuse and frustrate. Why deal with a website that will not resolve your problems when you are paying them with your hard-earned money. Stay away from them and be safe. Find another reputable web site for these products.

Answer: The positive ones are fake reviews. Standard English is butchered in these reviews. They also write things we would not say like "i recommend site to all my friends to buy." These bad reviews are the honest ones because they have no reason to lie and no agenda to put money in this merchant's pocket. The bad ones are assuredly those who HAVE paid for horrible wigs that are poorly made. They write these reviews for two reasons: 1. It is cathartic getting the scam off their chests, and 2. To help and warn others. It is a waste of time to leave an honest review to help others knowing people will not believe them! For what reason do they have to lie?
