I ordered from this company a few times no issues no problems I needed to look good for school and my hair came out very nice. I needed a site beat the hairsisters prices and here it is. Although don't get me wrong I had my worried about this site but in overall it's okay hairsisters is more dependable on where shipping is now since they teamed up with Amazon and paypal

These Creeps Cancelled my order without my Knowledge and did not credit me back my 70.00 dollars. Plus I purchased a human hair wig for over 100 dollars! The Wig was Horrifying it did NOT Match the Model on the Picture. I Think they did this to me on Purpose so that I would not have a new wig to wear on Memorial Day. These People are Disgusting & Horrible Customer service. HERE IS MY ADVICE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITH OUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE WORSE WIG COMPANY ON EARTH. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER A WIG FROM THEM AGAIN & I HAVE PURCHASED SO MANY WIGS FROM THEM PLUS THEY NEVER EVER ANSWER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE. I AM TURNING THESE PEOPLE IN FOR FRAUD. THIS IS WHAT THEY EMAILED ME We will cancel your order and ask you to place a new order to ensure that your package is shipped out on the same day. Please note that the return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, as per our return policy. I NEVER TOLD THESE PEOPLE TO CANCEL MY WIG ORDER THEY DID THIS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK.

I was shipped wrong wig wrong color and never given an email confirmation.The company won't exchange but said I could return it for a 20% stocking fee. I even read the reviews and should have followed my gut ugh. Do Not I repeat Do not order from This company which is known as Brooklyn Beauty supply company.

Our system is automated and sends out confirmation emails, however, your email provider may filter it out as spam, we are not at fault for this. We sent the correct color 1BF30 as was ordered. There was no change made to your order on our end this is how it was submitted. We informed you that we do not do exchanges, and a 20% restocking fee is applied to all returns as per our return policy that you agree to upon submitting your order.

My first order was for 2 wigs. I loved them! Ordered 6 more for a total of 8. I love them all. Also, the price and delivery time were phenomenal. Sign me a satisfied customer with no intention of wig shopping elsewhere.

This company only wants to sell -not service. One of the three wigs I ordered was damaged out-of-the-box. I never even tried it on. All I wanted was to exchange for a non-damaged replacement. After three calls that were never answered and three email messages that were never returned, I have to cut my losses. I had another 7 wigs (sister/mom) is my basket, but knowing that I will have no recourse if one of them is damaged, I decided to shop elsewhere. Yes, the prices are good, but if you have to throw away money on damaged merchandise, the price shoots up. It's not worth the risk.

They declined my card. With error message service address not same as credit address, which is a lie, been ordering from them for quite some times... okay. U denied my order. But still charged my credit card... spoke with a lazy agent named Marco... who acted like he didn't want to assist me... said wait a few days for me to received a credit... this was a real inconvenience to me... I'm done with wigtypes.com

We apologize you had a hard time placing an order. However we needed to implement the strictest security standards on our website due to an overwhelming amount of fraudulent activity. The billing information input on our site needs to match exactly what your credit card company has on file. The easiest way to determine what they have on file is to look at your statement. If the problem keeps occurring we suggest using PayPal as a form of payment as this is not something we can bypass. The “pending” charges you see on your card will fall off within 1-2 business days. You will not actually be charged.

The wig came in AWFUL it was thin and had so many gaps! Stay away from this company. In the process of trying to get a refund will write another review of how that goes and there is NO way im paying any restocking fee i better get all of my money back.

All our products come directly from the manufacturer. We do not open the wigs for sanitary reasons. If there is an issue with the quality we accept returns within 10 business days. After this time you may contact the manufacturer in regards to quality concerns.

The guy I spoke on the phone with was completely rude and did not have any sense of hospitality. The wig sent to me looked nothing like the image online and he gave me an attitude because I want to return it for that reason. Do not buy from wigtypes!

If I could put zero stars I would. Their customer service sucks, they have auto messages that respond to you via email and say someone will contact you within 24 hrs. Then you hear nothing. All I wanted to do was return something, I have bought things from this site a few times and now they will forever be on my $#*! list. I am telling my entire family to never buy from them again. Any of my hair stylist friends I am telling them too. Companies should not be allowed to get away with this kind of poor service. I had to report them to the BBB just to get a actual response and they had the nerve to say they contacted me multiple times when I attached pictures of the auto responses I got and the fact that I tried to message them on social media.Don't buy from them!

I recently purchased 4 wigs from this company, and one of them was supposed to have been Champagne colored, but instead, had a lot of grey/white streaks of hair. It only cost $20, but I do not want a wig with grey hair in it, so I called to have them replace or refund, and they would not, and told me it should have grey hairs in it.
They have lost a customer, and now get this review rather than make it right. Really?

However, just don't ask a question about your order. The overall attitude of this company is definitely less than professional. If they can somehow fix how they communicate with their customers, they wouldn't have so many on the blacklist. Luckily for me, I found a better inexpensive wig store online. Thank you for being the bi**h you were in the email. I'll make sure none of my friends and family members not patronize your online store.

Ordered wig, paid threw paypal, and the Web site charged also, then when I contacted them to let them know I was charged twice, they were very rude, said I would get refunded after two business days, that was three weeks ago, contacted them threw email, no response called, no response. Never again.

I bought two units from this site, first and last time. Never again! The units looked used both were frizzy beyond frizzy. I'm soooo disappointed. Customer service suck and it sucks I had to take this loss, hair sisters.com sorry I strayed away I'm on my way back no more wig type.com I would rate 0 stars if I could.

I never knew this site existed and just found out about it lastweek (through google) and my first time experience was great! I ordered haircare products (shampoos, conditioners etc); the prices were very inexpensive, the shipment was fast (which was expected since it did cost $12.00 - a bit high in my opinion) and none of my products were damaged (they were sealed securely in bubble wrap and came in a box).

I saw alot of negative reviews about persons not receiving their packages (mainly weave) or products being damaged etc which made me very nervous to make a purchase but I took a chance and did it anyway and I am pleased.

I will definitely purchase from this site again!

I only ordered from this place b/c elevatestyles was out of stock in the wig I wanted. The color was wrong and I just wanted to exchange it for the correct color. NOPE! I have to return it pay a restocking fee and buy it again. No sir! Don't waste your time, order with a company that has a reasonable return policy. WigTypes deserves NO STARS!

I emailed Wig types to inform that I unit that I purchased was different from the picture on their website. I sent them a picture of the unit that I ordered and a picture of the unit on their website. The two pictures are nothing alike. There was barely any of those colors in the unit I purchased. I have spent a massive amount of money with this company. Through this experience, I've learned that they don't value their customers. The emailed I received stated that according to management the unit you received is not defective in its color. I will never purchase another unit from this company.

I have placed 7 orders since Sept 2017 and have received all of my packages on time or early and in great condition. I have never had to contact customer service, so I am unable to rate the customer service rep experience. When search the site for a new wig, I review the product reviews if available. The videos are most helpful to actually viewing the wig prior to purchase. The presenter will generally discuss the preparation needed for the wig to fit her liking. I have purchased a total of 50 wigs and I am 98% satisfied with my purchases. The prices are good and the wigs are definitely quality products. Packaging is great too, easy to stack the wigs when being stored.

I had a horrible experience with this company. After they withdrew the money from my account I did not receive an confirmation or tracking email from them (which the receipt claimed they would send).

I tried to call and do live chat, hours later, neither worked! Finally I got through and the representative had the NERVE to be rude about me not getting a confirmation email or tracking number. I don't care if I ordered an hour ago. I had same day shipping, therefore, I expect an automatic email confirmation! I usually order through Sam's Beauty and I would endorse them as you receive your emails promptly. I shouldn't have to harass a company about sending email that there OWN receipt states they will. How else would I know that they are doing their job? HELLO. DO NOT buy from wigtypes.com, they are too rude and I work too hard for my money for crappy service.

BTW the hair will be the same no matter where you buy it from so I suggest you shop elsewhere.

I ordered a wig on June 19th, 2019. It was available for same day shipping. I picked the fedex 2day. I received an email for the order. I never received an email with a tracking number or saying that it has been shipped. Luckily the package did arrive on time today Friday June 21,2018. Thank you Jesus! I was worried because of all the bad reviews. My package came on time and it was the correct wig. I just didn't receive any tracking information.

Well to be truthful I did not do any customer reviewall I did was look at that little Jamaican lady on those videos, reviewing wigs and that is what convince me that these people are excellent to do business with, she seemed authentic and honest about her reviews even though she don't look the way she used to months ago but yeah, I've been ordering from them over and over again for months, never had any order or shipping issues. Thanks Wigtypes.

I'm extremely impressed with this site. I was worried because of all the negitive reviews but I will be using this site from now on. I'm very satisfied. I received my order in 3 days and it was the standard free shipping. The hair is beautiful and better than I expected. Not a single complaint from this happy buyer!

This was my first time purchasing a wig and my process of ordering one through wigtypes was very easy. At first, I thought their website was skeptical because of the reviews on here. But honestly the bad reviews on here are mainly their own faults. What I recommend to do in order to get the best experience is to order a wig before 5pm so that it ships that EXACT DAY. Also, make an account so you can track your orders! I seen a review on here stating there's no order track for guests so avoid that. When I received my wig it looked beautiful. Haven't tried it on yet, I'm excited to! Lastly, I received my order on time. I look forward to ordering another wig from wigtypes.

I read these reviews and was reluctant to order from them. I called and spoke with Marcos who was great! I sent an email with my order number. The response was amazingly quick. He let me know that a color I wanted wasn't in stock and suggested a color which I agreed to. The order shipped the same day and I received it the next day. I had no problems with this company and my customer service experience was outstanding. UPS absolutely sucked but wigtypes.com was great. I will definitely order from them again.

Very fast shipping! I ordered this item Wednesday and I received it today in the mail. The description is as described. I really love this Wig! I got the color 1B and it looks good. It's lightweight and the curls is lovely. I will be purchasing more hair pieces from this website. I highly recommend you to just placing a order from this website.
