I ordered from this company a few times no issues no problems I needed to look good for school and my hair came out very nice. I needed a site beat the hairsisters prices and here it is. Although don't get me wrong I had my worried about this site but in overall it's okay hairsisters is more dependable on where shipping is now since they teamed up with Amazon and paypal

These Creeps Cancelled my order without my Knowledge and did not credit me back my 70.00 dollars. Plus I purchased a human hair wig for over 100 dollars! The Wig was Horrifying it did NOT Match the Model on the Picture. I Think they did this to me on Purpose so that I would not have a new wig to wear on Memorial Day. These People are Disgusting & Horrible Customer service. HERE IS MY ADVICE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITH OUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE WORSE WIG COMPANY ON EARTH. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER A WIG FROM THEM AGAIN & I HAVE PURCHASED SO MANY WIGS FROM THEM PLUS THEY NEVER EVER ANSWER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE. I AM TURNING THESE PEOPLE IN FOR FRAUD. THIS IS WHAT THEY EMAILED ME We will cancel your order and ask you to place a new order to ensure that your package is shipped out on the same day. Please note that the return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, as per our return policy. I NEVER TOLD THESE PEOPLE TO CANCEL MY WIG ORDER THEY DID THIS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK.

83 dollars! I have a hold on my account for 83 dollars that has been on hold for a week or more. This is utterly disgusting and completely unacceptable. Wigtypes.com is a complete and total fraud! I placed my order and was declined, so how is money gone from my account for the order total. I have no tracking number, nothing. And the phone at the company is not even being answered! Do not order from this company! It is not worth it.

A declined transaction will not appear on the credit card statement, though it might appear in a list of pending transactions when you check your account online. Pending transactions will reduce the available credit card (or debit card balance) balance, but will not actually charge the card. A declined transaction will generally remove the temporary pending authorization on the credit card within 1 business day. Some credit card issuing banks will take 2 to 3 days to remove the pending charge.

If a temporary pending authorization does not "drop off" the card within 3 days. Please contact your bank for more information.

For almost 2 months I have been trying to get my refund for 29.00 since they canceled my transaction without giving me a proper explanation. The number doesn't work and their e-mail responses has been cocky and distasteful! They treat you as if you're an idiot and when you threaten to sue; they completely disregard you. I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from this site EVER! I wish I could give this company a -0 rating!

I purchased a wig from them and immediately saw when I received it that it was faulty. The seams were coming off and the wig fit was very awkward and barely looked like the picture.
I emailed them within an hour of receiving it to ask about a return and was told because I tried the wig on I couldnt return it despite having the box and tags still attached to the wig.
They pretty much didnt care about trying to rectify the situation.
Don't bother with them.

I purchased an order which came to about $60. When I tried to place the order with my credit card it said that it was declined giving me an error message that my information did not match (which it did). So I went through PayPal and the other went through. Look into my account a day later and it 8 charges from that company with a total of about $500. I was never ever to reach someone in customer service and they did not reply to my emails. I will never order from this company. Then when shipping my package I wasn't at home and they took my package to another location.

It's been nearly month and I have not recived my package. I informed the company and they said it takes 8 business days to put in a claim with FedEx. 8 buisness days later and all I am told is it is still pending. That is it. No explanation or an idea on when I will receive my refund for a package I never received.

Please do not order from this company; color of products do not match website and won't cancel orders, although the cancellation policy on site. This a man in business by the name of Marco taking advantage and rude and disrespecting mostly Black women. How dare him! He is in a business of bate and switch. Please do not buy anything from him, boycott this business. Boycott this business! For those unsatified with products due to bait and switch and refusal to cancel orders in timely manner, I suggest you to call your credit card company and paypal, etc. put a claim against company. They will reverse the charges on your account and debt wigtypes.

I've tried several times to order a wig for My Mother that She really wants and had absolutely No Success! Your Website is Trash and Needs a Serious Upgrade! You're Losing Customers! I've also tried reaching Customer Service and was not able to do so, due to the technical difficulties with the website! Get it Togetha Y'all!

I've been entering the same address, for years and they ended up changing my trailer to an apartment and now someone else has my order. TOTALLY NOT COOL. I contacted them on the contact page, and they were like "Just talk to the post offices front desk." Totally no help at all. And they are the ones who messed up my address.
Its okay, I ended up calling USPS. And they were a BIG help, Hopefully I get my package.

I recently ordered from them for the 1st time to get the keri wig i didnt open it until a month later for my sisters bday and when i did one side was way shorter than the other and both sides were supposed to be the same length i emailed them they said its past 30 days nothing we can do and even sent pics like they asked i called the number but it didnt work so i emailed again to see if i could get a good discount if i purchased it again to get the right one i should of gotten the 1st time but they said unfortunately theres nothing we can do about it so needless to say that was my first and last time ordering from them

I regret not reading reviews before ordering from this horrid site. I Ordered a wig and spent about 50 dollars on this site. I never recieved a confirmation email or tracking number but I checked my bank statement and saw they deffiantly charged me. I contacted customer service TWICE with no response. Im very dissapointed and pissed off. Do not waste your money on this site. Its a scam

I'm too tired for a long diatribe, but hoping that hair comes tomorrow as expected, getting in touch with customer service is a nightmare, answered twice in 4days( lied about reason why) live chat never operational & I wanted to but a more expensive wig after the original order already shipped... Yep 20%restockibg fee ( no exchanges), also indifferent customer service rep... Bordering on rude! Definitely snarky ( could be a NY demeanor though! Lol from there too) which I'm sure he is the only one they have answering the phone & only there for probably an hour after the lunch break! That's when I've gotten him to answer!

Never received confirmed processed/shipped email... Finally got a UPS email!

The prices are the cheapest, do can't recommend, but hope product is as advertised

I ordered hair but cancelled right after and it's been 3 days and they have not released my funds they have it where they have a hold on my money and my bank said they can't do anything til 5 days business days this Tuesday that sucks i have a Funeral attend and I need my money

I ordered 6 wigs from beauty of New York and they were beautiful fit perfect and do well packed I order lots of wigs but they have shown me I don't have to go any farther this company timely as well they arrived at my door in a couple of days shop with them

If you order from them expect to never get your package. They still use UPS despite the fact that UPS HAS NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM. What I am pissed about it they don't respond to customers. They have an audacity to post these ugly wigtype girls false advertisement, but regular paying customers don't get replied to. They are absolutely horrid. I will never spend another dime on this website again. I suggest y'all use elevate styles. They respond immediately. Wig types is too busy promoting ugly chicks with ugly wigs.

I requested a refund from wigtypes.com and, not only did they ignore my request, they REJECT any orders I make. The public including reviewers on YT have been notified about their BAD business ethics. Stay clear from this Chinese-owned dictator business and give your coins to REPUTABLE businesses that don't DISCRIMINATE.

Tip for consumers:
Shop anywhere else! You might have to pay a bit more, but, the frustration you'll avoid with this "business" will be worth it.

Took money out of my account multiple and claimed that the credit card was declined when the information was correct, don't waste your time on this site and their overpriced shipping rates.

The phone number listed on their website sounds like a fax and it does not provide a voice option. I e-mailed them 5 days ago and e-mailed again with NO RESPONSE. Is this a website problem or just WIMP CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I have been ordering from this sight for six years. I have only encountered a problem with a product I received once. However, I do not order anything that I have not phicially seen in person. I typically will visit my closest beazty supply store, check out the product and place the order online with Wigtypes.

The one time I encountered the problem, I email my issue and received a replacement in the mail within a few days.

When I am looking for soemthing and it it out of stock, I find it instock within a few days. The shipping is super quick and the prices are very good.

If I could give no stars I would Plus if you're in New York they don't have the option there to tell you not to do expediting shipping because it comes in next day for free on the ground shipping so I wasted $18 for no reason do not order from this site the packages take too long to come by for a bit if you're in a rush I really need your hair done

I use to order form this site previously then stopped because they sent me 2 wigs that were damaged, I then started to order from hairsisters which were great but since they changed their order payments to strictly paypal for some reason it doesn't work with my paypal account and this is the only site I'm having that issue with I called them numerous times they told me to use certain engines and it still did not work, so I was stuck and had to order with wigtypes once again now they have a 110% price match guaranteed I emailed them about it the day I received my items and never received a response from them and that was 2 weeks ago, they will go out of business if they continue this type of customer service by not responding to their customers because it seems as though they couldn't care less, so there's absolutely no respect for their customers regardless of all the money being spent, ugh so frustrating, buyer be aware.

Tip for consumers:
Buy beware I'm no longer going to order from them.

This company is a true and complete mess. I ordered and paid via paypal. I was alerted by UPS that my order had been sent. When, I viewed the tracking it showed a different address than what paypal receipt confirmed as the correct address. I emailed the company and made them aware, the item was being sent to an address that was not mine and, I had no idea what it was and gave them the correct address again. I was emailed back and told, well that is what was entered on the website and that the item had been sent. I emailed them the confirmed receipt from paypal that shown the address also, made a complaint with paypal about the item being sent to the wrong address. I was refunded my money, but funny enough blacklisted as well because I complained to Paypal.

After reading the other reviews, I now understand that this company was attempting to scam me. They intentionally put the wrong address into their system, and shipped some kind of box. Knowing full well that their would be an issue, so I'd be forced to have the item resent, pay additional shipping costs and restocking fees.

I also confirmed with UPS, that the company put in this address it was not something generated by them, and the hilarity behind the whole scam is the fact that these idiots put a community college address as my home address, so that it'd be shipped to the college, but upon them getting it of course they'd send it back because it's a commercial property.

Do not buy anything from these people, they are scum.

I always get what I pay for and it is packaged and delivered quickly. I don't know why there are such bad reviews here. Rest assured with ordering here, in my opinion

THEY DON'T DISPLAY THE WIG PIC NO MORE
THEY CHARGE A DOLLAR TO 3 DOLLARS MORE IN THE SHOPPING CART! I SPENT OVER 1500$ OVER 6 YEARS BUT NOW THEY LOST ME :( IF THEY FIXED THERE WEBSITE I WILL GO BACK TO THEM BUT FOR NOW NOPE SORRY

They have what you order. I have done returns with no issues when the cap was too small. Shipping when I don't uses USPS takes longer. But this is the only place I order wigs from now.
