I ordered from this company a few times no issues no problems I needed to look good for school and my hair came out very nice. I needed a site beat the hairsisters prices and here it is. Although don't get me wrong I had my worried about this site but in overall it's okay hairsisters is more dependable on where shipping is now since they teamed up with Amazon and paypal

These Creeps Cancelled my order without my Knowledge and did not credit me back my 70.00 dollars. Plus I purchased a human hair wig for over 100 dollars! The Wig was Horrifying it did NOT Match the Model on the Picture. I Think they did this to me on Purpose so that I would not have a new wig to wear on Memorial Day. These People are Disgusting & Horrible Customer service. HERE IS MY ADVICE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITH OUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE WORSE WIG COMPANY ON EARTH. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER A WIG FROM THEM AGAIN & I HAVE PURCHASED SO MANY WIGS FROM THEM PLUS THEY NEVER EVER ANSWER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE. I AM TURNING THESE PEOPLE IN FOR FRAUD. THIS IS WHAT THEY EMAILED ME We will cancel your order and ask you to place a new order to ensure that your package is shipped out on the same day. Please note that the return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, as per our return policy. I NEVER TOLD THESE PEOPLE TO CANCEL MY WIG ORDER THEY DID THIS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK.

I have ordered all my wigs from here and the wigs are exactly as pictured, fast shipping with reasonable prices. Love shopping with them, just ordered 4 more wigs today!

I won't lie, at first, I was EXTREMELY skeptical of this website due to its format as well as reviews. I had placed my order without a second thought, and then after I had looked at reviews, I had scared myself half to death, thinking I'd made some kind of mistake. However, after receiving my items today, I am nothing short of delighted by my experience with this company. I never review anything, but I wanted to make some light of the company with my experience, despite others having less than satisfactory encounters with Wigtypes.

I placed my order on Dec 29th after a friend suggested Wigtypes over another company I frequented. My order was processed and shipped to a UPS facility within the day I ordered it. The only troubles I had afterwards was getting a tracking number for my order; however, since this was after major holiday and following the New Year, UPS had not labeled it yet, which was why my tracking number was inoperative. This is what the Wigtypes help email had told me after I emailed them, and I cannot praise them enough for their speedy response time over my issue.

My package arrived Jan 4th, and everything came in perfect condition. I ordered four synthetic wigs, all of them which came as expected. I really hope to shop at Wigtypes again sometime.

The first time I order not so bad. The second time I never received my wig, asked for a refund it took forever to get a response. They will never get me again.

I must say this is a good online wig store with fast shipping. I only gave three stars because I prefer custom wigs like the ones www.salutemahpretty.com sells. All in all it's a cool store.

They suck! If I could I would give ZERO star.
I placed ONE order with them. And I repeat ONE single order. I ordered about 8 items. Some of the packages only had half of the weaves they were supposed to have. They obviously divided some packages in 2 to fit the amount of ordered items. I returned some of the items to the store. Some of the items were fine, so I decided to reorder a few month later. I logged in and placed my order. I received a confirmation email. When I logged back in a few days later to check the order status, it was cancelled and I was "black listed". So I called them and asked what happened (I had to call at least 3 times before getting someone on the phone). I asked them what happened with the order. They asked me if I made any return in the past, I said yes, and they said that's probably why I was black listed. I was like. Really? For one order you get black listed? They didn't even sent me an email to let me know. I had to log back in days later to find out.
Anyway, good luck if you decide to go ahead and do business with them. They are totally unprofessional and don't know a bit about customer satisfaction.

I received my wig its awesome will be doing business again the hair is so soft a very well made wig was kind of skeptical because I read the reviews but I had to try for myself I am very pleased

Hate the wig would never order from AGAIN. I expected to get the wig that i purchase but got send a thin old wig. Im never disappointed in the wig, as well the company.

All our products come directly from the manufacturer. We do not open the wigs for sanitary reasons. If there is an issue with the quality we accept returns within 10 business days. After this time you may contact the manufacturer in regards to quality concerns.

I purchased a pack of hair that clearly was stamped on the websire buy one get. They sent me one pack. Which swallows uo the discount that they offered. I called, the boy seem to not know what i was talking about he said they never have the buy one get one (really?) I went to the website again and the post for that hair was gone, but I pulled up the page from google chrome which saved it and there it was. I called bacj and no one answered. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!

I have bought 4 times now at this company. They sell all types of wigs, hair extension, hair and body care products and I must say that I'm really satisfied with the service they provide.

After I have been scammed once while trying to purchase products online I have become very careful. I read review after review, search on the internet to read all kind of information about the company before making a purchase.

With wigtypes I just got lucky because I purchased from them the same day I purchased from the company that scammed me. I was a new online customer and didn't know what I was getting myself into. Now I know to check out the company first before making any purchase, better save then sorry!

Wigtypes is good, I like them. Their delivery is always on time, I like their tracking system because I can really see where my package is at and quality versus price is ok too. I give them a thumbs up. I don't live in the USA but I have a postal address from where my package is forwarded to my country. It is a official address from my countries postal office.

Any way when my package got to my country, I got a message from the postal office that my package arrived but that the invoice I emailed to them is not good because it had only the total amount paid and not the price of each product. Hmmm... there was my package and I was not able to get it! Frustrating, right?

Immediately I sent a request to the company for a new invoice and within 5 minutes I got a response providing me with the requested documentation. So all is good.

SO LET ME START OFF BY SAYING THAT IM NOT EVER THE TYPE TO WRITE ANY REVIEW WHETHER GOOD OR BAD! BUT I FEEL LIKE I OWE THIS COMPANY A GOOD REVIEW! I ORDERED MY 4 WIGS ON MAY 17th 2017 AND TODAY I WAS GETTING KINDA WORRIED ABOUT MY ORDER SINCE I WENT ONLINE TO CHECK WIGTYPES REVIEWS! THEY ARE ALL HORRIBLE! I GOT ANGRY TO THINK I GOT SCAMMED FOR $125! SO I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE A RUDE MESSAGE ASKING THEM FOR MY ORDER! THEY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY AND SAID THAT MY ORDER SHOULD BE DELIVERED TODAY BEFORE THE END OF THE DAY AND ALSO SENT ME MY TRACKING NUMBER! I TRACKED IT AND JUST AS THEY TOLD ME. UPS WEBSITE "ORDER OUT FOR DELIVERY"! AND GUES WHAT!? I GOT MY 4 WIGS JUST AS I ORDERED! IF YOU DONT FEEL COMFORTABLE ORDERING A BIG QUANTITY ALL AT ONCE THEN JUST ORDER 1 WIG AND YOULL SEE THEY ARE LEGIT! NOT A SCAM! SO HAPPY! STOP WITH THE BAD REVIEWS!

I have been a loyal Wigtype customer for years and made several orders averaging $100, I never had a problem until now. I placed my order with no issues, received an email with my expected date of delivery for 4 days later, which was Friday. I worked from home Friday because the tracking information said signature required. The package did not arrive and next thing I knew, the shipping company changed the delivery address to a drop off location. I emailed Wigtypes to ask them to please contact the shipping company to have them deliver to my shipping address. Wigtypes responded the next day, but said that they cannot contact their shipping company and I needed to go pick up the item and if I do not it will be returned and a restocking fee will be assessed. I responded advising of the fact that no delivery has been received, and I am unable to go to the drop off location that was changed without my permission. Wigtypes rudely replied that they will incur a return shipping fee and the restocking fee would apply if I received the merchandise or not once it is returned! Restocking for something I never received?! I contacted the shipping company myself since they would not help me, and the shipping company quickly updated to have the item reshipped the next business day to my billing address. Are we saying Wigtypes could not do that? I did it via online chat! Never again, this is the last time I will buy anything from them. So they are great as long as you do not need their "customer service", even if it is not your fault. Beware, and do not expect help if you encounter any issues.

On June 17th, I ordered on this website my first lace wig, Isis Brown
> Sugar Human Hair Blend Seamless Lace Wig - BS505 VIENNA (5X3 Full
> Lace Front) in color SR4 Gold. The price of the wig was cheap but I paid the amount of 136,74 USD, I live in Europe. Well, so far, after almost 2 months I did not receive my order. I am still arguing with the company to get my money back. Be careful guys, this company is not serious.

DONT EVER PURCHASE HERE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I PURCHASED ONLINE ON 10/22/2015, I CALLED THEM ON 10/26 AND WAS GIVEN A TRACKING NUMBER AND SAID THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED. I CONTACTED FED-EX AND UPS AND THEYOU OTHER SAID THERE IS NO SUCH TRACKING NUMBER CALL THE COMPANY BACK. I CALL ON 10/27 AND WAS TOLD IT WAS THE CORRECT TRACKING NUMBER CALL THE POSTAL OFFICE. THEY ALSO SAID THE SAME THING, NO SUCH TRACKING NUMBER.

PLEASE LADIES, IF YOU WANT A REAL REVIEW PLEASE DON'T BUY, COMPLETE 100% SCAM

I tried to order my daughter some Xpressions braid hair today from WigTypes.Com and it displayed a declined message. It stated that order was declined because my billing address did not match my shipping address, but when I checked my bank account, it showed WigTypes had taken 2 $29 payments from my card. If the payment was declined, how was I charged? And why was I charged twice? I wish I would've read their reviews before I decided to make a purchase from this company. By the looks of it, I won't get any help from the company so I will be contacting my bank to inform them of this matter. I have all the proof I need to show my bank that the order was declined but they still took my money AND I contacted them immediately today about the matter. So if they say they never received the email, I have the screenshot of the time and date of email sent. My suggestion to everyone is contact your bank and get them involved. They should be able to help with the situation. This is a lesson learned. No more ordering from unknown businesses. Smh

A declined transaction will not appear on the credit card statement, though it might appear in a list of pending transactions when you check your account online. Pending transactions will reduce the available credit card (or debit card balance) balance, but will not actually charge the card. A declined transaction will generally remove the temporary pending authorization on the credit card within 1 business day. Some credit card issuing banks will take 2 to 3 days to remove the pending charge.

If a temporary pending authorization does not "drop off" the card within 3 days. Please contact your bank for more information.

Worse company ever! I ordered 2 wigs and never recieved them. I called myself trying 2 reach out to them. All I got was a lousy recording. Couldn't evening leave a message. Never again

Too thick matted front of wig. After 1 month its like Chinese wig made hair it feels like horse hair. Also could repair wig by washing it. Not fond of wig. Shilo by noriko is a better choice.

I ordered 2 wigs from this company. I received them in a timely matter but the wigs were in terrible condition. It appeared the both wigs had been cut and worn I contacted the company and was told that all of their wigs are new and come from the factory unopened. I sent the wigs back the next day and requested a refund. I was told by the company that it would take 8 business days after receipt of the merchandise. On the 8th day I did not receive my refund. I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute of the cost. On the 9th day I received an email from the company alerting me that the total refund had been refunded to my account. I checked with my credit card company and was told that the refund had not been received but could take a couple of days to post. As a customer I expect to receive quality merchandise from businesses. Because I had a bad experience with this company, I would NEVER do business with them again. I would warn anyone else to read customer reviews prior to conducting business with anyone.

They not right I made a order threw Mail sent money order with my email, phone number address item I wanted color 1choice and 2 choice now going 3week they didn't email or call me so I call them they couldn't process cause you have to order it and get a order number but was paying with money order I didn't NO I can still place order even though NOt paying for it on debit sent more money than I suppose to but wow they could've contact me and let me know WHAT UP. I just told her mail me my money back I mailed hair to beauty a order threw money order I got item 8days later and they called me 4 days later let.me no the color I wanted have no more. And my left over money I got credit for time order.

I ordered a zury sis naturali star pre-tweezed part human hair wig from this company and the wig came WITHOUT the pre-tweedzed part. It also did not look like any of the other Zury human hair wigs that I had purchased from other sites. They are FAKE - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

If you have an ounce of decency in your wgole body, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. After dealing with the rude monkey that I can onky assume other reviewers are talking about, I sent the following email to WigTypes:

I really do not believe you will care about my comment; especially considering how rude the young man that answers the phone for your company can be towards customers. I spend a lot of money via online shopping on a yearly basis. A huge percentage of that amount is spent at hair companies such as WigTypes. Thanks for proving to me that my money is not good enough for your company. I also thank you for living up to the negative reviews done against your company and the F score given to you by the Better Business Bureau. You have definitely earned it. I will definitely add my two cents in on every single outlet I can... i. e. YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Lipstick Alley, BBB, and that all time favorite... general word of mouth. You lost a would be loyal customer over $12.14! However, as I stated earlier, you probably do not care. Good day.

I do not endorse other companies; especially if I don't benifit from it. However, I have never had a bad experience with Hairsisters when I ordered from them years ago. I also have not had any issues with Divatress; who I currently use exclusively. Women are continuing to support companies who are blatantly disrespectful and care nothing about customer service, just to save a couple of coins. Do the reasearch. If you get the same doggone complaint from reviewers, do not order from the company. This applies to everything you order via the internet.
