Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.
I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.
I have only slept on my new mattress for two nights, but so far, so good. I have never paid so much for a mattress in my life, so I hope it lives up to it's claims and that it will last a long time. The purchase experience was easy and it arrived in just a few days. The mattress is very heavy, but unboxing wasn't so bad with two people. I like the fact that once the mattress is on the bed it is ready to use. You don't have to wait hours or days for it to expand, and there was no funky smell requiring lots of airing out.

Bed is great. Foundation is strong. I think you need need to update your web site. It's too busy and too repetitive. IDK, if you need a better explanation of my experience, give me a call. Your web site didn't make it any easier to make my finbal bed purchase decision. I used outside/other sources to make my final decision. Yes, it was a Wink bed, but not due to your web site.
Reviews outside of the Wink Bed web site and info. I'm in the music industry and my web site is the end all be all of the clients I represent. I think your web site should be the same. YOU, are the experts of your product.
Nothing about my experience with Winkbeds made me feel the experience was great. It was ok but not fantastic. Shipping was delayed twice, the box was literally destroyed and re taped back together. But that's prob because a 100lb item was put in a plain box without anything to support it.
The overall experience was fine but I truly DETEST the post check out thing where buying the frame is presented as something I NEED to do. Its not convenient its shady, shady, shady and make me feel like i shouldnt have purchased anything from this co.
At the end of the day the mattress is fine, I like it... thats the point but nothing about my exp would make me reccomend this co over another.
The way the frame was presented during the checkout process... the worst ecommerce practice.

Great website and easy to deal with. After placong my order I wanted to switch cards for my purchase - made Friday evening online and Monday monring they reached out to me to help me fulfill my request.
When I purchased the bed online my computer automatically filled in my card, but it was not the card I wanted to charge it on. I didnt realize this until I had already completed the transaction. I sent an email asking if I could change my card that the purchase was made. This was Friday eveing and Monday morning I had an email in my inbox telling me how to do it and a follow up call from your team too. The person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and the charge was changed and done quickly.
The reviews on your site as well as third party descriptions of your matress seemed to match exactly what we were looking for and the price was great.
The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because it evidently wasn't "made to order"! I received an alert from UPS that delivery was the next day and at same time I received a message from Winkbed that the mattress was starting the process of being made! I wonder if I got a mattress that someone returned?!?! I notified winkbed of this issue but got no response!
Also, when mattress was received there was no cutter or directions on the box. When I cut the outside plastic off it immediately started to expand, much to my surprise! As I had no help I really had to struggle to get the second layer of plastic off as it continued to expand!

The customer service was excellent when purchasing. Will be referring others! I was out of town when the bed was delivered and it was delivered so quick. I purchased a zipper encasement for it. I've only sleep on it for a week. So far so good because, I'm still adjusting somewhat to midlevel firmness. I have sleep all through the night which I was not doing before on my old mattress. I Love the way the bed looks..

First time buying a mattress over the internet without sleeping on it first. The experience was just as described. The mattress arrived on time and WinkBeds provided a very informative video that showed the unboxing and set up process. Would recommend the EcoCloud Hybrid mattress and WinkBeds. Skip on the platform foundation, though. Not well constructed, and not returnable.
Saw several great 3rd party reviews, wanted a latex hybrid, and decided to give it a try.
The ordering service is easy and you are assisted by a knowledeable professional. You then are assigned an order number via email and updates on the estimated time frame for delivery. I ordered a heavy duty bed frame and platform foundation for our first bed. But on the second bed forgot to get a platform. Chelsea in customer service exhanged the order and the foundation arrived at the perfect time!

Process was easy, but hard to understand what you're getting into when you purchase a bed online. The plush firm is too hard for us as side sleepers. Glad there is a hassle free return policy.

Customer Service was absolutely excellent and with the help of a knowledgeable and wonderful Customer Service Representative "Charles", everything went perfectly. Key points were, how an exchange process worked, explanation of the timing and delivery and best of all, a caring person on the manufacturing/delivery side of the Winkbed business.

I think shopping for a mattress is difficult at best, but with videos and pricing and the fact that Winkbed is mfged in Watertown, Wisconsin made the difference in choice.
Unsure of all the other products out there to choose from but the videos we reviewed from sleepopolis was very helpful.

Very comfortable! I've had a better nights sleep since purchasing this mattress. My wife is happy it's bigger than our last mattress because I usually punch her in my sleep! But not anymore
Absolutely seamless experience! Within a week of placing our order and very manageable box showed up on my doorstep... It's like magic watching this thing turn into a perfect deep pocket Mattress!

I was a bit concerned that the "softer" bed might be too soft - not at all. Super comfortable but still very supportive. So far, after one week, we are loving out new Wink bed.
Beds are like concrete, made well, look great but they are so hard all pressure points were activated. Caused a complete lack of sleep over three days. Just not for us.
UPS turned this into an udder $#*! show. Will not do this ever again. Then to pay over 100 dollars for a polyester mattress cover, talk about highway robbery.
All I could do was email and wait for a response. No CSRs available to speak with.

Took longer than expected to receive package. Love sheets, even though expensive. Old sheets were 3 plus years and wore a hole where my feet rubbed them. Ordered a new set.

Would have given 5 stars except, web site indicated a 4-5 day delivery if ordered right away. Actual delivery was two weeks plus. Had to write to get any updates.
