Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.
I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.
Easy and quick. Website is very clear. The process of purchasing the bed was very simple and the warranties very clear on the website. Including the 30 days before being able to return.
Just comparing brands. It is hard to narrow it down.

Great service - foundation quality is terrible. The bed is great. Just would not recommend the foundation - the joints didn't match up and I had to unscrew everything and readjust.
We did not receive the knife in the box to cut the plastic. The shipping box was beat up towards the top. No instructions in the box foe set up was frustrating,

We put on a topper -- one of us has a crap back (with extra crappiness) -- last time we changed beds, about a decade ago, it was $10K and three fancy mattresses. Not this time

The bed i recieved was super comfortable andni have been sleeping great. There was so issues in the delivery but customer service was great and took care of it right away. Would definitely recommend.
With the exception of the brutalized box upon delivery, the mattress seems as advertised. I can't wait to start sleeping on it (currently waiting on my bed to arrive).

I had a timing issue with taking ownership of a new house and an early UPS arrival schedule. Customer service intervened on my behalf and the mattresses arrived 1 hour after we were in our new home!

Great bed. American Made. Glad I spent the Money. Took longer to get than originally stated, but every means of shipping and delivery is pretty lousy these days.

Glenn at Mr Sandman was excellent. Provided loads of information to help us make our decision. In hindsight, I could have asked a few more questions, but overall we are happy with the mattress.
Largely due to trying out a variety of mattresses and getting educated on the differences at Mr. Sandman.
It was easy to set up and is pretty comfortable so far. I like that you can't feel your partner in bed with you.

After extensive reviews of beds online, I decided to take a chance on the one I determined to be the best - a WinkBed. I have always purchased beds in a store in the past, and even after trying them out, once I got them home I always ended disappointed and not liking them. I spent the last 15+ years on one of those adjustable "number beds" and it was essentially like sleeping on an air mattress. My back, hips and even my knees hurt and I could only sleep on my sides. I honestly think that bed really screwed up my back.
The day the WinkBed was delivered I slid it down my stairs and into my bedroom. I put it on the platform, cut the plastic and it expanded instantly. I slept on it about three hours later - I did not wait a day like some do.
It was just as wonderful as I had hoped it would be! I slept nine hours that first night. I did not suffer from pain from sciatica at all. I was able to sleep on my sides, back and even my stomach, which I had not been able to comfortably do for YEARS! This bed has made a huge difference and I cannot recommend it enough. I am very happy with this purchase!
I thoroughly reviewed every bed online and determined that the Wink Bed mattress was the best. It was highly rated and had the best warranty and “try out” period (120-days, no cost to return, change with a firmer/softer version at no cost). There was no real “risk” at all.
Homepage looks like a newspaper ad, not a website. I thought I was in an ad at first. Also you don't need to use the coupon code to get the discount. What's the point of it?

Easily exchanged the Luxury Firm for the softer mattress. I was afraid it would be too soft, but it was just right! Working w Winkbed was Clear, Smooth, Simple.
After researching mattresses I picked Winkbeds. It has the firmness, side strength I wanted and is good for side sleepers. It was easy to find what I was looking for, and FAQ's were helpful.

Our shopping experience was awesome. We bought our mattress at Our Sleep Guide in Houston and tried the Winkbed mattress. Everything went smoothly. Have not slept on the mattress yet.
Reviews and comfort when trying it inthe showroom
The online ordereing process was straightforward and easy. We received our beds within a very short time and they arrived in great condition. Overall the ordering process was a very good experience.
We ordered 2 Twin XL Wink beds to go with our new adjustable base Ghost Beds. We had previously ordered a King Wink Bed a few years and absolutely loved it. So when we decided to go with the adjustable beds we went with Wink. We've had the beds set up and in use for the past 3-nights and have loved them. They work great with the Ghost Bed adjustable frames - and we are very happy.
I didnt realize it was going to be made to order so it took a little longer than expected, but it was totally worth the wait and I kinda liked that it was made for me.
Received the mattress within one week. Shipped via UPS and arrived one day after the published delivery date (as experienced with a previous mattress shipped via UPS).
Tested at a Sleepare store. Was comparable to the Helix Dawn and Brooklyn Bedding Aurura Luxe Firm but offered at a cheaper price point.
