Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.
I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.
Wow was this a very frustrating experience! The box of the bed arrived damaged, I was told it was fine and to open it and try it out. The bed had many, many issues. The top part of the bed was misaligned by many inches with the bottom part of the bed. Seams were also off centered. This was a manufacturing problem which was very obvious just looking at the bed so I'm not sure how this was send to me like this. After taking many pictures and emailing CS (CS is your best friend until there is an issue then they are short and rude) many times, I was offered another mattress and I guess I was supposed to pay for removal and disposal of the damaged mattress myself as they did not offer to pick it up! The mattress was thin, not a soft as described, you can feel ALL the springs digging into you back (this was the soft one too!) so besides how I was treated I did not want another one, why would I look at how they sent the 1st one to me. They had nothing to say to me about the feel of the bed. The pictures online make it seem that it's all foam for 5-6 inches where the polkadot fabric is, IT IS NOT. THAT'S ALL SPRINGS this mattress has no padding! It HURTS where the springs did into you your lower back the back of you arms. They asked me my height and weight to make sure I wasn't "too fat" for their bed! Yes, you read that right. I was in range for this bed yet it's this uncomfortable. So this is being returned. Save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere else.
They are nice and helpful BEFORE you buy the bed the sales team however once they have your money it's not the same. They are short, unhelpful and won't answer any questions about the return policy and just pawn you off sharetown for returns.
Highly recommend, made to order and received in one week. Sleep all night now, first time in years

My overall experience with Wink has been good thus far. It took a little longer than I expected for delivery but it's not a big deal.

Easy to shop, delivery was on time. Only "complaint" is that moving a 130 lb box up 3 flights of stairs was quite the challenge.

The shopping and delivery experience was good. Not ready to rate the mattress until I've slept on ot for at least 30 days.
Was skeptical about buying a mattress online, however, was super easy & an extremely fast delivery! And so far, has met my expectations.
Very comfortable bed. It was a little pricey, but don't regret making the investment — so far I've had a great night sleep.
I wish customer service was more readily available, also having to wait 30 days for exchange and not be penalized is not good.
Customer service was okay, not happy with their policy of having to wait with an uncomfortable mattress 30 days for an exchange so not to be penalized. Had to purchase a mattress topper to be able to sleep until I can get an exchange. If it’s too firm it makes you ache can’t sleep and wake up with back pains. Not good. Luxury firm is great. Very comfortable.
