Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.
I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.
Great experience overall, and best of all, the bed was everything we thought it would be and then some. Thank you!
Not totally satisfied with either twin xl that are on our bed. Not sure if we can continue to use them.

This was our first experience with a "mail order" bed. The fact that we are going to buy another on should tell you how pleased with first one.
Recommended by my son.
So far so good! Really eager to try it out. Feels light years ahead of our previous Stearns and Foster.

Wife found it when searching for a new bed, had good reviews and I like that we can exchange it for another if needed. I’ve been stuck with too many bad mattresses in the past.
Was looking for something more firm that would keep us from rolling into each other all night. Also to help back pain and easier to get out of than our memory foam that I sunk into each night.
Straightforward and speed quickly. Haven't tried to contact for exchange or refund so cannot attest to the ease of that.

Did LOTS of in-person and on-line shopping and reading. We really wanted something made in the USA, sold for a decent price and also “softer”. I like your advertising and lack of HYPE. You guys hit all the buttons except you don’t have handles. No biggie!
